Incline Village is a beautiful location and this home fits right in. The house is a close walk to Lake Tahoe and convenient to great shops and restaurants. The home is spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.
This is a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is very spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy a visit to Lake Tahoe!
We had a family reunion, and the place is perfect for us with different age groups. everyone was able to find something fun nearby and the house is large with a beautiful backyard for bbq. We had a great stay. and the property management is very responsive.
This home was incredible and made for a wonderful stay. No complaints and would highly recommend to any looking to travel to Incline Village, winter or summer.
The house was very clean and had everything you'd want in a rental house. Kitchen well stocked. All restrooms stocked with towels and toiletries. Very close to a great hike that will give you breathtaking views of the lake.

Enormous and perfect house with all the latest amenities and a location that can't be beat.
This place was perfect for our four families. Four couples had their own rooms and there was space for a girls room and a boys room. We also appreciated the level driveway and ample parking. We spent most of our time around the huge island in the kitchen. The house was close enough to the beach for a quick walk and close enough to Diamond Peak that drop offs and pick ups were a breeze.
The house and yard were great, with lots of room for large nos. of people to do things together or, for someone who wanted some "quiet" time, to be able to get-it. There were 15 of us, and it seemed everyone was on a different schedule for meals and the large island in the kitchen worked well for the cooks and visitors. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a couple of minor problems that I phoned the management about and got immediate responses. The location is good.
We had a really great time in Tahoe, the property was clean and just as described with plenty of room for our large group. Slight inconvenience we weren't able to enjoy the backyard because the sprinklers turned on every morning making it too muddy and the yard maintenance crew actually came during the middle of the day during our stay mowing and using blowers for an hour or so. It would have been nice to get a heads up as we were enjoying the deck outside when they showed up.
House was spacious,. Maybe it is the times, yet i did expect kleenexes, sponges (there was one used one) and a back up of paper towels. It was an active stay so i did not contact thr lister who had been very helpful. Still would recommend...
This was mine and my families first time in Lake Tahoe and Incline Village. Cannot recommend the area enough! The house was great with walkable amenities such as bike rental, food, easy/difficult hiking trails. We used the Hyatt, which was also walking distance for boat rentals and the casino. My family consisted of many elderly individuals and they were all able to handle the stairs (as the primary bedroom is on the second floor, there are two options for bedrooms on the main floor) with ease. We also had grandchildren- and we felt the home was very family friendly (supplied games, fenced in backyard, walking trail right in front of the house and it still felt private. No loud echos through the home, despite there being a lot of us. Would recommend and stay again! Cons: bathrooms were a bit dated, but still felt comfortable. Would watch the floors as the heads of nails did pop up which we hammered back down. We did not ask, but not sure if there was access to a private beach, but we ventured out that it wasn’t an issue.

great location, great house, highly recommended
The Tramhouse is comfortable and cozy. Delicious meals were easily created in the beautifully rustic kitchen and outdoor grill. Grandchildren frequently ate their meals around the huge island. Our family of sixteen enjoyed every second in this spacious cabin! We loved the accessibility of trails, shopping and quaint eateries. The back yard is lovely, too, and completely fenced in. Our stay in Tramhouse ranks #1 in our annual vacation memories!
