Lovely home, beautiful neighboorhood, great location!
Was in town for my son's wedding and we were so very happy with our stay here. The hot tub was fun and we cooked out on Saturday night. Thanks for the lovely space for us to all hang out together.
The Roaring Twenties property has everything you need for a wonderful family get together. The movie theater/game room is perfect for relaxing, playing pool, and watching tv. Lots of beds and a well-organized spotlessly clean kitchen made our Thanksgiving holiday special. We did not take advantage of the hot tub, but enjoyed reading a book or conversing outside while our granddaughter’s dog played in the fenced yard. Downtown Riverside is vibrant, nearby, and offers plenty of dining options.
We appreciated the decorative touches for the fall season in addition to the Roaring Twenties theme. Highly recommend!!
This was a great place to stay. We were there for a school conference so we had a few of our teen students. It was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out, the amenities were phenomenal. The property manager was so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend.
Well decorated, 1920s craftsman home. So much thought into what we would need as renters like comfy beds & bedding, well stocked kitchen with spices, k-cup pods, cooking oils, cute dishes & so many games & a hot tub. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the backyard amenities but maybe next time. We all felt at home here.
Had a hockey tourney in Riverside and didn’t want to drive back and forth from San Diego. Opted to stay here with friends for the weekend. The house was comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Everyone enjoyed the amenities including hot tub, pool table, fire pit, and the movie room. We also appreciated the coffee bar! Communication with the hosts was easy and we look forward staying at the Roaring 20’s bungalow again.
Hosts were incredibly nice and accompanying! My friend forgot a belonging and the hosts communicated well with me and the cleaning crew! The AC unit works really well for the hot summer, the kitchen provides seasoning for popcorn, and the house is just decorated beautifully for the 20s and in an older home.
I had a Gradsby themed graduation party at this house and the house was perfect for our group of 12! There were plenty of beds and couch space/rooms to hang out in, with a TV in every room. The popcorn machine, pool table, and ample amount of games at the house made our stay even better. The host was super responsive and accommodating and we all really enjoyed our stay. There were even 1920s themed props for our use!
We came into town for a family wedding and this 100-yr old house was both charming and welcoming. Enough room for 4 couples, close to downtown and to be honest we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities. It was fun to watch an Agatha Christie murder mystery in the theatre seats. I somehow missed that in the house description. We really enjoyed our short stay, communication was great, check-in and out super easy. I’d definitely come back. Thanks for letting us stay!

Not quite what I expected
The host was nice and responded quickly to the few issued we had during our stay. I will say that the pictures on the listing make everything appear much larger than they really are. The bathroom & shower on the main level is so tiny if you are claustrophobic you will not able to use it. The bed rooms upstairs were really nice and spacious and the pool table, tv room & jacuzzi was great. There were some things I noticed that needed better maintenance (doors, door knobs, outlets, propane BBQ grill, ect..). This property just ended up not being quite what we expected, we did have a good family trip though.
