Welcome to our cozy brand new home. It’s light, bright and chill vibes. Relax at our home or a short walk to the village. Hiking trails are right up the street. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars are on Big Bear Blvd or the village. Enjoy snow summit for hiking, mt biking, snow skiing/snowboarding!!!! No hot tub/spa!!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher place all towels in laundry and start.remove all trash from house per city rules referred to the good Neighbor form that you signed for the address.
Remove everything from refrigerator freezer.. lights off lock doors please send me a message when you are fully out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CANCELLATION IS SET TO FIRM~ always purchase insurance in case if you need to cancel for any reason! No refund will be given for any reason!
Power outages ~ no refund! You are renting a cabin in the mountains.. go explore the outdoors… weather related no refund! Sickness happens no refund!
Quite hours 10pm -7am NO PETS ALLOWED or 500$ fine 2 cars only allowed and no street parking or a fine from the city of 500$ Max stay 15 nights

We had the perfect stay at Natalie’s home. It is extremely well appointed, and very comfortable for two couples. We would absolutely recommend this property when visiting Big Bear Lake. It’s the best location between The Village and Snow Summit.

We loved this cabin the moment we opened the door. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. The games were a very fun touch added. We set our phones down and reconnected. It’s also just a short walk down to the Main Street and Lake. We will be back.

This property was a breath of fresh air! We walked in and were welcomed by its beauty. The attention to detail was seen immediately, it was cozy, comfortable and had everything you could possibly want and then some. Admittedly, I am a clean freak and this place was IMMACULATE. Natalie was an amazing host! She answered every call in a timely manner, had some great recommendations for eateries which were all fantastic, and was so welcoming and made us feel at home! Cannot wait to come back for another stay!

It was excellent clean place great kitchen have everything I needed feel like home.

We had a great time love the AC in a hot summer day place spacious and very clean love the kitchen and appliances I was surprised to find an ice cream machine which we use and made some delicious ice cream for the first time we made memories at this cabin I will love to go back.

Fantastic Stay

We were so happy with our stay. The house was exactly what we hoped… (super) clean, quiet, modern, relaxing. Location is fantastic for walks to the village for meals out or stay in and use the great kitchen that has everything you’d ever need to make a great meal. Also, it’s a super quick trip to Snow Summit.
