Nature lover’s dream! Tucked away in Piney Island with Assateague just a short bike ride away . You’ll love relaxing in the large screen porch or enjoy the water views from the second level deck. Sleeps 9, screen porch, 2 decks, gas grill, WiFi, Roku (bring your own login info), Outside shower, cable TV, DVD, dishwasher, W/D, Central A/C.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great location to the beach and downtown. In a quiet, wooded area. Clean and in good condition. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely home to stay in. Very well kept, updated and roomy. Loved the large screened porch. Perfect for having guests for dinner! The kitchen was very well appointed and I loved the small upstairs sitting area for late night reading. We even got to see the rocket launch from Wallops Is. On the upstairs balcony. Such a nice place. We are hoping to stay there again soon!
