Three bedroom, two bathroom house located on the south side of Kokomo for easy commute to Carmel, Westfield, Tipton or Indianapolis. Fully fenced in back yard with deck, BBQ grill and patio furniture. This house features two living rooms. Living room one has a Playstation and retro video arcade machine, and a couch. Living room two has a 46 inch hdtv and ample seating for movie watching. The kitchen is a fully outfitted galley kitchen and dining area. Bedroom one has a King size bed, internet ready tv and in suite bathroom and vanity. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with internet tv and bedroom three has a queen size bed. Two car attached garage with washer and dryer included.

Perfect stay for the family.

Property fit the bill for a family stay in central Indiana for a family event. The number of bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We enjoyed the arcade and the basketball out front. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, towels, wash cloths were available. Thanks for the stay over the five days.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Owner was thoughtful about our needs. He is pleasant and quick to respond. The mattresses are amazingly comfortable! The Pac Man table was a hit again this year! We plan to be back next year!

Comfortable hone

Nice comfortable home. Kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep clean. Overall was clean but dirty drawers, corners and throw rugs. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay again if I needed to.

Fine experuence

The house is in a quiet residential area. It was clean and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with the owner. If we return to Kokomo next baseball season, we will certainly try to stay there.

My old stomping grounds!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is located in my childhood neighborhood. My granddaughter enjoyed the spavious backyard with hammock a d chasing lightening bugs! She had heard of them, but she never saw them. The video game table was a hit as were the books. The beds were extremely comfortable. Check in/out was easy, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

The property was not what we expected. No lighting in the front living room. The deck out back was dirty and the neighbor yelled out his window for hours. The bathroom in the hall wall overflowed all over the floor. The bathrooms needed updated. No wine glasses in the cubbard. Not enough hangers in the closet. The firepit in the back was not inviting at all. Weeds growing up around it and plastic dirty chairs to sit on. The front door coming into t be house was dirty. Front porch was very dirty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback after your stay. We’re truly sorry you experienced problems with the garbage disposal and toilet — we know how frustrating that can be. We take a lot of pride in keeping the house in excellent condition, which is why we’ve maintained a 9.8 average rating from all previous guests. After your departure we had both the disposal and the plumbing fully inspected and just a note for future reference an entire orange should not be put in the garbage disposal. We are not sure what clogged the toilet but once plunged and cleared the plumbing works fine. These were very unusual issues that haven’t occurred with any other guests in the history of the property. We’ve also updated our welcome guide with clearer instructions on appliance use to help prevent this in the future. Yes, the fire pit does have the regular red plastic adirondak chairs. The front room does not have a center light but has a canned light over the fireplace and tea lights over the counter. Most people enjoy this in a TV room. The other living room has a center light and lamps if you wanted to read. Your comments are genuinely appreciated and will help us make the stay even better for everyone who follows.
