We have been living in the Kokomo area for almost 10 years. We have been in property management a long time. This is our first rental like this and we are loving it! We love to host and serve people with an excellent place to stay.
Why they chose this property
It's in the Old Silk Stocking neighborhood. It's a quiet area of town. Kokomo does have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am so please observe these. There is plenty of parking and charm.
What makes this property unique
It's a great mix of historic details and modern charm. It has a great layout with a large kitchen and lots of quiet spaces. There is an upstairs gaming and study area and a quiet reading nook. There is a nice back porch to spend a few minutes enjoying the breeze.
