Located in the Fondren, this two bed, two bath house is comfortably furnished for you to relax and unwind to come and enjoy the area. The house is equipped for short and long stays with a carport and a driveway. This is a quiet community with beautiful mature trees.
Conveniently located near Highway I-55, you can get to the five major hospitals, several universities, local, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, and any activities nearby quickly.

The kitchen is fully equipped - stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. A toaster and a Keurig are also included along with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV.
This house has a very large master bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, two nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen memory foam mattress, two nightstands, a closet and a desk.

Great house

We were in for my son’s wedding. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to the church and reception locations. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Home

A very nice and spacious home. Even though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the home (from running around) the house was welcoming every time we came back.

1st Birthday

We stayed with my mother-in-law for our grad-daughter's first birthday. The location was perfect, blocks from our daughter's house. Everything needed was provided and extra hangers and suitcase holders was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

As the arts district of Jackson, Mississippi, Fondren is the hub of artistic expression through music, visual arts & locally owned restaurants and bakeries. Across I-55 is the District of Eastover with terrific restaurants and summer activities. The house is centrally located in Jackson in the well sought out Fondren area, close to Belhaven - the oldest neighborhood in the city with excellent restaurants too. With The District across the highway, you have so much going on in the area. Then there is also Highland Village Shopping Center with stores and restaurants just north off of I-55.

Not only is this house warm and plush with its furnishing, it is located on a quiet street where you don't even realize you are close to shopping, excellent restaurants and coffee shops in all directions.
