Beautiful setting

The house is very special inside and out. Lots of room for several people to mingle and share time together. Comfortable beds with nice bathrooms and a good cooking arrangement. We enjoyed our stay even through the rainy days.

Absolutely stunning

This is a stunning custom home designed for a calming and comfortable stay. We were thrilled to experience the mid-century modern feel that the Midland area is known for, but with modern amenities. Our host was gracious and communicative. All in all a wonderful rental.

Loved this home and property

Absolutely lovely home with beautiful view of pond/woods. Clark, the owner, was very helpful and replied to inquiries in a timely manner. Centrally located for those coming from different parts of Michigan. Wonderful time spent catching up, relaxing and playing games in front of the fireplace.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! There are not enough words to describe the architecture of the house. It is so beautifully decorated, the art throughout the house is incredible. Ladies Weekend

Our stay from start to finish was excellent. Clark, the Premier Host, was attentive to answering all questions and if we had a request or need he took care of it quickly and provided additional "little touches" that were appreciated! The pictures online don't due the property the justice it deserve. The exterior and interior of the house are above par and the owner's personal items are beautiful. Just a beautiful place to unwind and relax with friends. Would recommend this property to others.

Sister getaway

My 3 sisters and I stayed at Clark’s beautifully designed mid-century modern style home. Unbelievable amount of space and so well maintained. Felt so accommodating with large bedrooms and closet space. With 4 women the 2 full bathrooms were very much appreciated. And not only was the interior of the property beautiful but the grounds were also. We sat at the large dining table in the mornings and watched the deer come into the yard near the quiet pond and woods. Clark was so friendly and amiable to work with. We were all so happy with our stay in Midland. Not far from several really great restaurants and the Dow Gardens and Chippewa Nature Preserve. Both beautiful walks. Highly recommend this or other Clark Most vacation locations.
