I cannot say enough good things about our hosts and the property. They went above and beyond what any host has ever done for us! The condo is clean and the location is right on the beach with beautiful balcony views!There is everything in the condo you need to cook breakfast or dinner. It was nice for walking right down to the beach with umbrellas and chairs with plenty of beach towels.We will most definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Deb was a wonderful host. She sent almost daily messages to make sure we were ok. Everything was as advertised. The instructions were accurate as well making it very easy for us to learn about the place and where things were. I will definitely recommend this place

This unit is exceptional in a perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the views are wonderful from two patio options. There is plenty of room to move about. We love the beach here, which is easily accessible is a close walk to the pier at Jetty Park where you can often catch a few cruise ships going out or coming in. Communication was excellent and listing was on par.

We had an incredible 5 nights at this gorgeous beach front property! The home was super clean and included every amenity that we needed including kitchen items, linens and very comfortable beds. Our host, Deb, was incredible with communication and offered several times to assist with whatever was needed. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cocoa Beach! Thank you Deb!

Weekend get away

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Exquisite Penthouse. The accommodations were spot on, the unit is well appointed with towels, beach items, lines, and kitchen items. The beach is right there with easy access and we had a great view of a SpaceX launch from the Cape!
