Want to relax in sunny Florida? This condo is steps to a beautiful quiet beach with plenty of space to spread out inside and enough beach gear to have fun in the sand. The condo is upscale and professionally decorated with beautiful relaxing bedrooms and comfortable beds. There is a lovely bathroom (one has a jetted tub, the other has a massive shower) on each floor. You will have plenty of space to unpack your clothes and make yourself at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need to make any meal.

Great restaurants on the water at Port Canaveral are just 2 miles away. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is 3 miles away for great surf lessons. Or if you are coming in to see a rocket launch you need only take a few steps out to the beach for the perfect view. Bike rentals are available in the city for enjoying the bike paths and is an easy way to get around. You are just a short bike ride or drive from Cocoa Beach for all the amenities, but still have the quiet of an upscale apartment. Grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops not far. Right at the edge of Cocoa Beach for all of the souvenir and entertainment there.

Free laundry facilities are in the unit. Large screen TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Extra large balcony to enjoy the beach and the sun. What more could you want? Come enjoy the beach.

We loved our stay here! We’ve been to the area a few times and it is our favorite! The condo was clean, cozy, and stocked with many essentials! The beach access was so close and easy. Deb was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple minor issues during our stay and she was quick to respond and helpful. The beach was not crowded at all and it’s close to the port so you can see all the ships so close. We also got to see a rocket launch at midnight the one night and it was awesome! We were really hoping to see the crew 11 launch too but unfortunately was rescheduled to the next day when we were leaving. We truly love this area. Would recommend!!

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Exquisite Penthouse. The accommodations were spot on, the unit is well appointed with towels, beach items, lines, and kitchen items. The beach is right there with easy access and we had a great view of a SpaceX launch from the Cape!

Property is superb! The host is great and answers any question promptly. There is nothing missing from kitchen to linen to beach gear. Beach is beautiful and private. Close to NASA space museum and we even got to see a satelite launch. Would recommend and definitely return to this condo. Thankyou !

Convenient, clean and calming

After three days scurrying around theme parks in Orlando, our time at the beach was needed. This property fit our needs as it was conveniently located to Cocoa Beach, yet not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. We arrived to a clean and well maintained property that gave us the comfort of home yet it was at the beach. We enjoyed a short walk to be able to set up our “camp” at the ocean to relax and rejuvenate. We would choose to stay here again when visiting the area.

Why they chose this property

When we walked into this property we knew that this could be somewhere that we retire to. We aren't quite ready to retire yet, so we are renting it out at times we can't be there. We have stocked the kitchen well and we hope that you will take care of it well and enjoy the beach for us, until we can get there!

What makes this property unique

We love that there are no elevators in this building...they are known to breakdown so often and didn't want to ever haul our things up 8 flights of steps. We also love that it's close to the port and all the restaurants there. We love the upgrades that the last owner put into the property and we LOVE our part of the beach, it's so quiet.
