Living room with couch, loveseat and flat screen smart TV leads you through French doors into cozy family room with wingback chairs facing the fireplace. Family room also has two queen futons and table with games, puzzles and books. One minute walk to pond access where yo can go fishing and paddleboarding. Approximately 5 minute drive to North & South side beaches, restaurants, shopping and antiquing! Short drive to many attractions including Golf, Fishing, Mini Golf, Go Carts, Batting Cages, Arcade, Kayak rentals, Inflatable & Water Park and much more.

Great choice

We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect size and was in a great location to visit all the quaint towns on the Cape. Will definitely rent again when we go back to visit!

Summer family vacation

Our family had an amazing stay here this week! It was one of our best vacations. The home was so comfortable and nicely decorated, a true "beach house" feeling. The location was perfect- we were able to explore both lower and upper Cape activities and beaches. The owner was extremely responsive if I had any questions and offered his help if we had any issues (which we didn't). Overall this is a great house and we would recommend staying here for anyone looking for great vacation!

Lovely Cape Cod Home

The house was better than expected. Nice quiet neighborhood. Centrally located -- easy access to many great Cape Cod activities. The house was well appointed. Everything we needed was provided (kitchen, linens, etc.). Great private backyard -- enjoyed breakfast and dinner out there. Outdoor shower was a big plus. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect home for family

Dan and Susan were wonderful hosts, attending to any question in a timely fashion. Their home is beautiful, clean comfortable and convenient to everything. Truly a quiet oasis with every comfort of home and then some! My adult children and grandchildren were so happy and we had a wonderful much needed time away. This home was perfect for us. Thank you!
