Beautifully appointed cottage. Everything has been updated to be contemporary and cozy. Great water views with easy launching access for kayaks and paddle boards. Close to everything, yet private and quiet. Hot tub was awesome.

This was our first time in Cape Cod and unsure of where to stay. How lucky we were to find this home. The back yard was perfect for our dog and what a beautiful view of the pond, enjoyed watching the Swans, Ducks and Geese swimming. The home was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Our two young adult children joined us for a week stay at the cottage. It was ‘as advertised - clean, comfortable with an enjoyable backyard. Aruna was responsive with all communications. I would absolutely stay there again.

This cottage is nicely updated, with thoughtful amenities galore! The lake setting is quite peaceful and a small sand lake beach less than a 5 min walk away. Many beaches nearby. The hot tub was luxurious.The host, Aruna was fabulous. Checking in to see how we were doing. Gives you a wealth of information about local restaurants, beaches, attractions and more prior to your visit. Responds immediately to questions etc. Very easy to work with. She genuinely wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation.

Great couples getaway

Wanted to escape mid-week with my boyfriend. The house was a perfect spot. The waterfront view was so pretty and the private hot tub in the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Close to plenty of shops and things to do but still quiet and peaceful. Host was responsive, and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for future getaways.

Superior VRBO experience — immaculate, terrific amenities, and truly lovely views of one of Yarmouth’s several inland waters (we saw swans every day!) And despite our off-season booking, we had no shortage of things to do or see within easy walking and driving distance - highly recommend !

The PERFECT Getaway!

The cottage was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. The area is beautiful and quiet, with stores just around the corner. Being on the pond was the icing on the cake! The view is spectacular and the water is so clear. Our family made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and a lot of fun was had just spending time together in the backyard on the pond. We didn’t want to leave!Aruna was amazing in providing tips, info, instructions, and checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. She is the absolute perfect host!Thanks so much for having us…we will definitely be back soon!

Beginning of fall getaway

Centrally located in Cape Cod, this serene property has everything to stay there or travel from there. Seagull Beach is close by and would highly recommend. Host provides great ideas for local travel and eating!

Perfect getaway

The house was beautifully appointed. The hot tub and kayaks were a hit with the kids. The recommendations from the hosts were very helpful as we were new to the area. And it was nice to go to a house rental and have basics like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc available.

Great little place on the lake in Yarmouth with lots to do if you like lake activities. Nicely updated house and hosts were great with all communication. Would love to go back someday! Rick

Great time with friends!

This place was perfect for us. Location was great, close to many amazing restaurants but the place was very private as well so we never felt like we were bothering anyone. Aruna is a kind and very responsive host. Would stay there again if we ever head to Cape Cod again in the future.

home away from home

our family of 6 enjoyed a 4 night stay on the lake. The kids spent all their time fishing, turtle hunting & kayaking. At the end of the day the hot tub was a relaxing treat. We hope to make the Cape a family tradition for years to come. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect Getaway

Fantastic location on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located right on the pond. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The hot tub is amazing as is the outdoor gas fire place. Aruna’s communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. I definitely recommend this rental!

This property made it to the top of my favorites list. It was clean, new and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. Communication with the owner was also seamless and replies were prompt. The owners are very kind!! My family and I had a lot of fun here and definitely consider this a place we would like to come back to in the future.

Fantastic pre-Christmas getaway

We've never been to the Cape in winter, but we all had a great time. The cottage was super cozy and had everything we could want. The view over the lake was beautiful and the hot tub, firepit and indoor fireplace were all very welcome after brisk walks on the beach. (It was a little too cold for the kayaks!) The hosts were very helpful - we appreciated the video tutorials on how to operate the firepit and hot tub.

Perfection!

The cottage was just perfect! The location was great and the scenery was absolutely tranquil. Lots of windows overlooking the lake, a fire pit for smores, kayaks and SUPs, a hot tub, great outdoor space! The interior has been updated really nicely and Aruna has thought of everything. There are books, wine, and board games. This cottage made me want one of my own!

Fun for everybody

This property is in a great location - on a quiet lake, 7 minutes from the beach, next to a grocery store, 10 minutes from a water park, near ice cream, etc… We stayed a week with 2 kids (1 and 6), 3 adults and a small dog. The property is great and the check in / check out process was super easy. The manager, Aruna, was always available for questions and was super helpful. Kayaking and paddle boarding? - check! Beach and ice cream? - check! Outside fire area for smores after dark? - check! Hot tub to relax after the kids are asleep?- check!! We had a wonderful time and will surely be back. Thank you!!

Amazing weekend!!!

We rented this house for a Mom’s weekend away and it was absolutely perfect!!!! From the location to the size and style of the home it really cannot be beat. The beds were super comfortable the pillows and comforters were top notch! We enjoyed the view from the hot tub of the lake and the beautiful Christmas lights from the other side of the lake. The house was super clean and had EVERYTHING we could possibly need!!! We plan to visit again hopefully in the summer time!!! Owners were excellent they answered any questions right away. Thank you so much!!!!

Peaceful Retreat

I'm from Dallas and had a work trip in Boston so decided to book this house to relax with my wife for a few days after. It was exactly what we needed! Aruna was the best all around! She was very communicative and included so many little touches that made our stay extraordinary (chocolates by the bed, 1 complimentary bottle of wine, water toys ready to go)! She also sent an extensive list of restaurants and other things to do in the area which helped us plan each day without a lot of work or stress on our part. Waking up in the morning to sit on the back porch watching the ducks and swans glide by was my favorite part of this house. The lake was serene as well as the neighborhood. Thank you, Aruna, for an amazing week on Cape Cod!

Very comfortable and stylish

Me and my husband loved staying here...upon entering the house I was in awe of the decor...it was so stylish and well thought out....loved it....the yard was so nice with the hammock, kayaks, hot tub and gas fire pit....one morning a beautiful white swan landed in the water....it was so pretty and relaxing to watch....I also loved how all amenities were close by....we also loved the fact that our dog was allowed, we forgot our dog food bowl and found it so accommodating that the owners supplied one in the drawer 😊 Inside the dining area overlooking the water was nice to look out at while we were eating our meals and the dining chairs were very comfy....the 60inch TV was definitely a plus for watching a couple movies on Netflex....the livingroom was very comfortable also....we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation to nearby beaches....when returning to the Cape in the future we will definitely look into staying here again.

This 3 bedroom/1.5 bath cottage is waterfront and has many amenities. Swim & fish from your dock or relax in the waterfront hot tub. Take the kayaks out on the lake. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit while the sun sets.
The interior of the cottage is just as nice! Large flat screen TV in the living room with lots of seating for everyone or enjoy a gourmet meal in the beautiful waterfront dining room (also good for games!).
