The refrigerator was empty but not very clean. The general cleanliness needs improvement. The balcony floor was dirty and slippery. The secondary bathroom sink was clogged. The washer and dryer were very noisy and the washer was very dirty- the center agitator was filled with a nasty goop. While some of the updates were visually nice, they were not worth the extra 1K for the rental.
