This home offers an outdoor dining area, pool, office and yoga room. -Pool heat charge: $25/day.
The pool can be heated but it must be requested for in advance as it takes a full day to reach the required temperature. This charge will be requested prior to checking in.
The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a consistent pool temperature. Pool will be heated to 86°. This is the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool.
The pool heater will run for a minimum of 8 hours per day, the pool will not be heated 24 hours per day. The pool heater will turn off when the circulation pump turns off, i.e., during the night.

Another fantastic stay!

We returned to this property again this year and it was just as great a stay as we had hoped. The home is great and the location is excellent for hiking/biking/kayak/paddleboarding, especially in the nearby Robinson Preserve. What's also nice is that things like kitchen utensils and appliances that you might need are all there. Its excellent!

Relaxing Stay in Palma Sola

We had a great trip to Bradenton/Palma Sola. The home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, and a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed. Daily hikes/biking/paddleboarding in the preserve right around the corner, relaxing outside by the pool. It was convenient to Anna Maria Island and other activities we wanted (Spring Training Baseball).

Beautiful home in quiet, upscale development

We stayed at this beautiful vacation home for 4 weeks this past February with children/grandchildren joining us at varying times over the course of the rental. We loved the tranquil backyard setting, and the heated pool (additional fee). The house was incredibly well equipped. The gourmet kitchen had everything I could possibly need to make dinners for our family. My husband appreciated the private office space. Communication with owners was excellent, location was walking distance to Robinson Preserve and Palma Sola Gardens and a short drive to Anna Maria Island.
