We have family in Hobbs and usually rent a hotel room...not anymore. The house was comfortable. The hosts were patient while I asked my many questions and a walled in back yard for our dogs was amazing!
The house was nice and clean. Felt very comfortable for us. Check out was a breeze. Pigeons on the roof made a mess on the porch but owners are aware and trying to fix the problem. I would highly recommend staying here.
We were cleaning out a barn and this was a great place to come “home” to. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
The only suggestions, more wash clothes and a dish cloth and scratcher for the kitchen.
My adult daughter her handicapped adult son and I stayed at the VRBO. We were expecting another family that did not come due to health issues. Even if they had come there, would have been plenty of room for everyone. House was well equipped, with plenty of linens, and well laid out.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Nice spacious house. Could use more attention to details.
The bedrooms were nice size. Location was great for being close to NMJC. Bathrooms were good, except there was no toilet paper!’ The kitchen was well equipped except there was only silverware enough for 6 people to have forks and spoons. The kitchen disposal had broken plastic in it, unbeknownst to us and it locked down so we had to service the disposal. The washer and dryer were great except we had to service the washer to get it running. It would be nice to have trash cans in the bedrooms as well as mirrors in all bedrooms. The floors were dirty. After taking a shower in the morning and walking around the house barefooted, our feet looked black and had to be washed before we could put on our socks and shoes. There was popcorn under the couch. Baseboards need to be cleaned. Sliding screen door came off its guide several times. We did not receive communication about accessing the property until 5 hours before check-in. Despite all that, we enjoyed the house as it was the space we needed in a great location for us.
