Must rent for full 3 months of Jan, Feb and March in 2027 as minimum.
This beautiful, newly renovated, 2nd floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Laurel Greens South community has it all!! Temporary membership during your stay for $500 additional fee (optional, but HIGHLY recommended) to enjoy our professional, 18 hole Championship course at discount rates with Pickleball, club pool and award winning dining at the members club house.
Visitors" can stay up to 28 days but cannot obtain club membership pass as visitors. Rental application fee by Cypress Woods is $350.00 with CW club background check at $150.
All just 6 miles to the Gulf beach or Mercato shopping and dining, CW is just off Immokalee Rd and Rt 75, with convenience to everything (Publix, Target, etc.). No carpeting with all bamboo or tile flooring throughout this large condo. The screened in lanai overlooks the 18th tee and 11th fairway with pond view. 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds allow for total of 6 guests. One car, enclosed garage and code gated access will provide the true privacy and security that will make your stay extremely comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. Walk to clubhouse and pool.
