About this property

Prepare for the ultimate family vacation in this custom built 3 story Luxury home. This home will sleep 10 guests comfortably and has one of the BEST VIEWS and unbelievable sunsets on the island. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, Movie theater style seating and an Air Hockey table. It also boasts a king size bed as well as an indoor jacuzzi in the master suite.

This is a 5 bedroom home with a full kitchen and an unbelievable backyard and heated pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. You are also Walking Distance to the beach ( about 4 blocks) and centrally located on the island so about equal distance to the north and south end.

There is free parking on the premises and enough space to fit 4 cars. Guests will enter up the stairs through the front door with an electronic key code for easy access to the property .

Please note** Parking on the island is metered to the city, and is strictly enforced.
This property is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so there is an option to rent a golf cart or bikes to get to your destinations with free easy parking.

This home is located "mid island" right on the marsh. You are a 5 minute ride or drive from all the Shops, Bars and Restaurants on the Famous South End as well as 5 minutes from North Beach. This home is in a very quiet and relaxing part of Tybee with some of the most unreal sunsets and views you will ever witness.

Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island.

Sister's 70th Surprise Party

Beautiful views! Lounging at the pool. Walk to the beach. We had the best time. Perfect location for a family reunion.

Falsely Advertised

Your listing pictures differ from the actual unit, which is false advertising. Your unit is unsafe for children: the lower level door was missing a handle and could not be opened, which means the 5 people that sleep in the lower level do not have an escape method in an emergency. The chunks of concrete edging around the pool made it difficult for the children to safely navigate the pool, as well as the broken and splintered decking which require you to wear shoes around the pool. Several lights are missing, burned out or broken, another safety issue. We were without use of the kitchen sink until 8pm on Saturday night due to the disposal being removed from prior damage and the plumber not being available until then. The upstairs shower sprays water from the joint, soaking the floor with water as soon as you turn it on. No television remotes had batteries so they could not be turned on. We went to buy batteries and got the main "movie theater" tv to come on but there is no cable or streaming service so nothing could be watched. Light fixtures have been removed from the bedroom fans, which make the rooms dark. The air vent in the bathroom is completely covered with rust and mold. The kitchen cabinet by the sink is broken and hanging off the frame. The red chair is completely broken. Two kitchen chairs have been repaired with sharp screws, sticking up. The kitchen roller chair has foam at arms which are peeled and filthy. The grill is filthy and igniter broken.

Great amenities and easy check in process

The house was perfect for our weekend girls trip. The house and pool area was very clean. Amazing view from the balconies and pool deck. Communication from Cameron was amazing and timely. You won’t regret booking this property. I will be booking this property again in the future.
