About this property

Less than a 1-minute walk (only 250 feet) brings you to the beautiful Crystal Coast beach. So close you can hear the waves while relaxing on your front porch.

This “Downtown” unit is the ground floor of the Beachtown Duplex.
The space
- Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa
- 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths
- 3 dedicated parking spots
- Stocked kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, cookware, and dishes
- Outdoor charcoal grill (shared with the uptown unit) and provided BBQ tools
- Private in-unit washer and dryer
- 2 Roku TVs allow you to log in to your streaming services and watch live TV (no cable service)
- Bed linens, towels, and beach towels

Dogs are welcome! A $150 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs are required to be listed in your reservation while booking (limit 2 dogs, must adhere to the pet policy).

What to bring:
- We provide hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. If you are a heavy user of these items, please bring your resupply.
- Food supplies, including spices and oils. To keep a sanitary kitchen, we do not have shared supplies of these items.
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, and other personal toiletries. We do not have shared supplies of these items.
- Everything you’ll need for your dog to be comfortable. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens.

Disappointed in cleanliness and disturbance during late evenings and night.

The duplex was not clean ! Black hairs in the tub and it had not been wiped out , dust and sand all over the floor and the front door seemed to be smeared with a film which would not come off. The kitchen was poorly furnished. The guests on the second level were loud and stomped across the floor all hours of the night. The blinds on the front of the house didn’t filter out any light so you felt as if you were sleeping during the day. The restaurant next door was loud and car lights constantly shining in on you. The best part was the one minute walk to the beach. I was disappointed to say the least. It’s sad when guests have to purchase cleaning supplies and clean prior to enjoying their vacation. Homeowners who live a distance away need dependable neighbors or someone besides the cleaning service checking their homes to avoid these hiccups.

Quaint and Clean

Uber clean and centrally located. As advertised, quick walk to the beach and only an 8 minute walk to the Oceanana Pier via the beach. The restaurant next door does not generate a lot noise or extra traffic but is a popular spot.

Beachfront without the beach front. A 1-minute walk to the beach, your toes hit the sand quickly but with a bit more space and parking. My clean and modern home has newer amenities providing for a more comfortable stay.

Hungry? Island Grille is just next door. Or save some $ and cook in your equipped kitchen!

This ground floor unit has one step up to the porch and is otherwise step free. Great for those who prefer to not climb stairs during their vacation!

Parking is right outside your porch! No need to lug your bags or groceries on long hauls, convenience is key!
