About this property

Stay in this single story 10 unit community, all centered around a communal pool which is heated in the winter and chilled in the summer.
Walk to the beach or head to the inlet for some of the best.
2 Bedrooms, the first has a king bed and large TV with all the streaming services. The second has a Queen bed and a work desk. The TV has Directv too.
The living room with it's comfortable couch, pulls out into a large sleeper (not the old folding type pullout).
The kitchen features a full size refrigerator and stove, along with comfortable seating for 4.
Come into the central courtyard to lie in the sun and hop in the pool. The beach is located across the street, or walk 2 block for multiple restaurants and bars.
Take a stroll to the end of the island and visit the "Easternmost Point in Florida".
Come enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Pets welcome with fee and preapproval. The unit is kept between 70-75 degrees all year. Parking for 1 vehicle included, sorry no trailers or boat parking

Great stay

We were happy with our stay, it was a great home base for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was suitable for our use, there was plenty of room on the patio to keep our bikes and snorkel gear. Swimming in the heated pool at night was a treat. The beaches are only a block away. We will be back!
