Great place to be able to work and accommodate a family. We were in town for a baseball tournament about 30 minutes away and this house was perfect for what we needed. It had all of the appliances you would need and a really fast internet connection, which made it easy to work. We had a great experience!

Great Experience

We were in town for a paintball event, and this ended up being perfect for us! Having access to two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer was really awesome. The house is located close to plenty of restaurants, but has a full kitchen which came in handy. Beds were clean and comfortable. The property owner was very attentive and would occasionally text us to see if everything was going well, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet with occasional noise from the base, but it was never an issue. Overall, we had a great time here!

Dad’s 80th Birthday Surprise!

Great VRBO! Very easy process and great communication with Shambria. Even when we thought we locked ourselves out of the house accidentally, Shambria was available within mi utes to help us get back in. The house was very clean and spacious for 8 adults. Will definitely be back and rent the house for our next mini-reunion. Great location in Hope Mills. Only 20 minutes from shopping and restaurants in Fayetteville…less than 5 minutes for Hope Mills attractions.

Our Stay Was Wonderful!

The home was perfect and just as described. Plenty of room and very clean. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the refrigerator was not working. You would think I'd be complaining but we contacted the owner and by the next afternoon, a new refrigerator was delivered. One can't control when the unexpected happens, but one can control one's response. The owner (Shambria) immediately took action and made everything alright. Without any reservation, I recommend this VRBO rental.

Hollywood Glam Fantastic in Hope Mills, NC

My husband and I stayed the weekend to attend a local concert and I felt like I was the rockstar! Shambria’s home was glamorously decorated in velvet, velour and other fine fabrics, decorated luxuriously, provided more than enough space and also offered a huge gated backyard environment with lovely flowers, vines and a private gazebo area. Her home was close to the concert venue and also near local restaurants, parks and local attractions and historical sites. Her lovely home was finely appointed with gorgeous artwork, fashion books and color-themed pillows, accessories and nicknacks, well stocked with coffee and teas, and the master king size bed and sitting area were very comfortable. I would highly recommend her rental if you want to have an upscale place to stay at an affordable price in Fayetteville!

Lots of cameras in the home

The listing did not mention the 3 remote activated security cameras the owner has placed throughout the common areas. This is an unacceptable invasion of privacy and I would never knowingly put myself or my family in this kind of situation. To be fair the cameras were briefly mentioned in the welcome email I received a few days before the stay but I missed it. When we arrived I contacted the owner about the cameras. She lied and claimed the cameras were not remote activated, which is never the case with these type of wifi enabled cameras. This is also inconsistent with her previous statement which claimed the cameras were mainly used to monitor the cleaning crew. A feature that would require remote access. These cameras also constitute a clear violation of VRBOs privacy policy. I was refunded through VRBO due to this violation. The refund process would have been a lot less time consuming if the property owner had simply done the right thing and refunded my money at the start. And to top it all off this house is located in a really bad area. I do not enjoy leaving such a negative review but I feel this is a crucial detail to any home rental, not to mention the fact that this property should never have even been listed on VRBO.
