This home has everything you need! It's close to all of the main shopping areas in Fayetteville. This home comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths to make you feel right at home. It has flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms including the living room. A major attraction of this home is that there is a game room for the family and kids. There is a Samsung washer and dryer in the home along with free parking on site. We also love fur babies too. Carrot Patch has a fully fenced-in yard with a tree line behind the house. Great vaca!

This house was amazing! Very clean and lots of room in the house. The game room was great to enjoy as well! Next time we visit family, we will definitely be staying here again!

This lovely home was ideal for our stay in Fayetteville. Accommodated 2 couples and a young child comfortably (with indoor basketball game and foosball table...perfect!) Home was clean and decorated pleasingly. Our host checked to see how we were doing, so communication was good. All-in-all a stellar stay!

Fantastic, clean, quiet home in a phenomenal area close to restaurants and shops as well as Cape Fear Medical. Neighbors are friendly and the pups were in love with the backyard…they made sure to leave many “messages” for the next lucky pups who stay. Host was extremely responsive and abundantly helpful. We will definitely come back to the Carrot Patch for our next Fayetteville stay!

Hidden Gem

Recently needed to travel to Fayetteville due to unexpected loss in the family. Carrot cottage was great. Definitely was very comfortable and suitable for my family and in-laws. Perfect for my 14 month old twins. Clarence was very responsive and truly appreciated him checking in on us during our stay. Recommend this place and will stay again next my family visits.

The Carrot Patch house was beautiful. My boy's loved the fact that they had their own rooms with television. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The hosts were very accommodating. Super friendly. When we go back for the birth of my first grandchild, we will definitely be giving them a ring!!!!

The neighborhood was not what we expected but it was safe and worked for us. The home was clean and what we expected. The kitchen is not well stocked so it was hard to cook.

This property was very nice, and accommodating. Smelled clean however I saw traces of hair inside both bathrooms. I always clean the bathrooms when I go places anyway so this wasn’t that big of a deal. Besides this everything else was great, neat and very accommodating 😊

It was a lovely home in a great location. The only concern that I have is that there were not flat sheets on ANY of the beds. The cleaning instructions said to remove all sheets but leave the comforters. This is typically done if the host re-uses the comforter and does not wash them between guests. It makes me worry that we were all sleeping in someone else's used bedding. There were also spiders and roaches in the home and the air conditioner leaked into a bucket in the laundry room and overflowed on several occasions flooding the hallway.

Fayetteville

The house was great in the prefext location to everything i was looking to do. Never had to drive over 20 minutes anywhere i went. Beds we comfortable with memory foam mattress. Yard could of had some better attention to it. But they had changed yard men so it was just bad timing. Could of used more chairs on the back porch and a grill. Couch and chair in living room were not the most comfortable for just liunging around after a long day. But all and all great place and will stay again if back in the area.
