About this property

Our home sleeps 8 comfortably, has two dining areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a fire pit. Each bedroom and the living room has a 50” Smart TV that runs reliably on fiber optic internet connection.

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is a short Uber ride to downtown Fayetteville, Cross Creek Mall, and many restaurants in the area.

Whether here for work or pleasure, come enjoy the charms of this 1940s home with original hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and features our families art. 1,850sq ft. We do allow parties for responsible adulting. Inquiry with host before booking your party and give the details, how many, the occasion, and event plans. You are liable for damages. Nightly party rate is $300 up to 20guest. $600 for 25 to 40 guest. This charge is an extra charge on top of the nightly rate, fees, taxes and cleaning fee. You will be staying in our second home so please respect the home and investments.

My friends and I enjoyed the space! The art and decor were everything as appears, in Person! Fully stocked kitchen with everything! Down to the tray of shot glasses for the bar and comfortable & clean rooms and beds. The fire pit was definitely a highlight to the evening. We will be booking again.
