*Note: a home is being built in the lot next to the pickleball courts and occasionally during the week you might hear some of that going on. This is something beyond our control and for most has not been an issue but for sure wanted you to be aware of it before booking.
I just have a few simple rules:
No Smoking.
No Pets.
No children
No flame policy in and out of the house
No glitter, confetti, tape, nails, or tacks in or out of the guesthouse ever
No parties
Please respect quiet time after 9 pm
And please respect that checkout is by 10 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving.

Gorgeous two bedroom house!

The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!

Absolutely PERFECT for a couple!!! Great location and cozy interior and beautiful exterior.

We came for Barrett Jackson and our friends and son live close by so it made it easy to visit them.

Sweet little guesthouse

Upscale neighborhood. Chilly pool, lovely pickleball court but not great equipment provided (one of the paddles was broken). Kitchen was small and adequate but not really set up for real cooking.
