Disappointed

We arrived at the location and the cleaning guy was finishing up cleaning the rear house. I told him the floors had trash on the stairs and the smell was horrible. He asked me if I wanted him to clean it up-what? The main house was not clean, the walls are damaged and dirty, shower curtains had mildew on the bottom, three out of the four beds sheets/comforters were not clean. We had to throw the sheets and comforters in the washing machine, which took forerver. I contacted thr owner and he immediately said he would send the cleaning lady back to the property. She arrived around 8:30 p.m. and we were not at the property. We returned immediately and she had her child and boyfriend on the property. The outside of the property is not well maintained, bar stools has rips on them, kitchen cabinets dont close and overall the house needs updating. The owner was very responsive and nice.
