*Horseback Riding is available for all age riders. About 20mi down the road, on a 550 acre farm called Smokey Mountain Trail Rides, Gary offers 1, 2 or 3 hour trail rides! 🤠

*Fishing in Big Ivy Creek - Explore the creek and try your hand at catching our Native & Stocked Brown and Rainbow Trout!

*Campfire - In a special spot on the farm, surrounded by water and a waterfalls - Cook S'mores or hotdogs on your private fire right on Big Ivy Creek! Make Memories with your family and friends will be cherished for a lifetime!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off A/C Turn down heat
Clean up after pet or cigarettes outside
Wash dishes and put them away
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave the house as you found it. Dirty sheets and towels in laundry basket, dishes in dishwasher, trash gathered and set on screened in porch
No pets on furniture, additional $35 cleaning fee for dog hair on furniture or comforter. $10 laundry fee per guest $50 urine or fecies cleanup

Amazing Location and Host!

Amber is one of the sweetest people I have ever met through Vrbo. Extremely responsive and informative. The view was absolutely stunning and the property had a lot to offer with a fire place by the river and a hiking trail within walking distance.
