Nightmare

Couldn't get inside, didn't have room code, no air-conditioning, rudeness from other tenants, not the mom and daughter, but the man and woman..coffee station but no cups, no plates, no table to eat, the neighbor to the right (oxygen lady) was incredibly rude, my dog literally had a heat stroke.. very uncomfortable the whole stay. I will not use VRBO again.. tried to cancel stay within a day of booking.. refused to work with me... piss poor.. awful.. never again!
