Traveled to Louisville for a bourbon tour friends and we found this property was perfect for the 3 couples. Very clean and comfortable and great location. Would highly recommend!
There were 6 adults in our party none of us had been to Louisville. The location was great with lots of places to walk to and easy to drive to Bourbon Trail and downtown Louisville. We liked sitting out on the deck since the weather was great. Ed was very helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
Nice, clean place. Very quiet and in great walking distance to restaurants & night life! We had a fantastic stay! Will be booking again my next trip to KY. Only thing missing was a broom & dust pan! I wanted to leave the place as I found it 😊

I did not like the location and it was very difficult to find. There was mold in the bathroom (a distinct smell). There was very little utensils in the kitchen, and essentially no table for eating. The couches were filthy I didn’t want to sit on them and when I went to take a pan out of the cabinet it was full of grease and food. No dish towels or rags. I would not stay here again. Also, be careful with the shower door.
Lovely clean well stocked home. Great location for food and shopping. Home is very new nice high end appointments. We would definitely stay again. Owner was immediate for all communication needed. But really didn’t require much as the place was very well and thoughtfully stocked.
We had 4 couples and the house worked out very nicely. It was in a great location. Not far from town. The parking in rear of house was also a nice benefit. My only issue was the lack of kitchen towels and no dishwasher soap.

Our place was double booked when we got there. We were able to find another place with the help of property manager Wayne. The place we ended up staying was really nice and close to everything so it worked out nicely but had us all worried for a bit!

Awkward layout
The furniture arrangement and lack of dinning room table made it difficult to commune with group. Tile work was very good but other finishes were subpar. Overall we all thought the place was OK but priced to high.

This newly remodeled space is centrally located on a main corridor in Louisville. Only a few miles to the downtown Convention Center, Churchill Downs or the Fair and Exposition Center. This area is directly on Bardstown Road. I have put up maps on the listing for illustration. It is a very walk-able and safe area. With over 1700' of living area, 2 full kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms, this is a great option for your group, extended family and friends to stay at. You have 6 spots in the rear of the place for parking. 9 and 10 ft ceilings everywhere. All first class!
