I call this one not everything is black and white some things are fifty shades of Gray. As unique as the first two, this penthouse loft in the center of downtown Louisville will not disappoint.
Decorated in black and white.
The dreamiest master bedroom you'll ever see.
There's a second bedroom in the loft which walks out onto the roof. Floor to ceiling windows tinted for privacy.
A third bed in the living space for extra guests.
Walk to 4th St live, museums, restaurants , live music venues. Close to bourbon tours, college sports, Churchill Downs, whiskey row, KY Center for the Arts, the Yum center, KY Expo and KY Kingdom.

This place is great. The parking garage below is a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle, but we managed with a Traverse. Close to plenty of places to eat and entertainment. Having a separate upstairs room and patio was nice. We had a great stay.

Great downtown spot!

Arrival instructions were more involved than expected, but the host provided plain, detailed directions.The inside of the apartment was spectacular! Stylish, modern, neat, well-equipped, and spotless. Great location for our visit to Louisville!The terrace was listed as private, but that was misleading. There are at least 6-8 units that are side by side and the terrace has no dividers between the “private” areas. Nothing to block the line of sight nor someone from walking into our “private” area from theirs.

Designers Dream

My husband and I stayed for two nights. There was a small glitch getting into the garage but Francesca quickly helped with a new key card. The accommodations were lovely. I loved bed the design of the rooms. We don’t most of our time on the bourbon trail but enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. Some suggestions for anyone booking. Make sure you bring your charging block. We only had the cord and had to figure that out to keep our devices charged. Also, we love good coffee. The “Keurig” was not working for us. There is a cute coffee shop on 4th street that we found on our second day. We had dinner at Repeal and it was amazing! Make sure to plan ahead and get a reservation! Their filet is butter knife tender! We loved our time in KY and loved the penthouse! The artwork is amazing! We felt safe and comfortable !
