This space is located on the second floor of a 2 1/2 story Victorian home. It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with fully equipped kitchen and use of private rear yard. Located in a historical neighborhood in close proximity to Churchill Downs, St James Art Show, Yum Center, Expo Center and all downtown activities. 5 minutes from airport. This unit has a King Size Bed. 2 Flat screen TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi provided. USB charging station at breakfast bar. Keurig Coffee maker provided with an assortment of coffee. Owner lives on site and will be available if needed.

Would recommend this property to any couple traveling to Louisville. It’s the perfect size for a couple, it’s extremely clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner works very well and the amenities are all that you need if/when we come back to Louisville, we would request this apartment again. Thanks to our host. We really enjoyed it!

Very clean and cute!

This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and fast response from owner Cheryl. However, I did not know it was an upstairs unit. I’ve had both knees replaced and a broken foot and it was a little more difficult than I was expecting. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Perfect little space!

My husband and I stayed here during a 4 day music festival. Owner was nice, easy to communicate with, neighborhood was quiet and in convenient location for us, bed was comfy, apartment was clean…everything was great! We’ll be back.
