This 1,000 square foot studio apartment is situated within a historic home, providing a unique blend of character and modern comfort. **Ignore the stairs. There is a wall at the top of them. There are no shared spaces.**

Situated in the vibrant Crescent Hill neighborhood, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of restaurants, clothing shops, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. We have 3 private parking spaces! The area is safe and a flat, easy walk to get to restaurants, bars, & shops. The neighborhood is biker friendly and also has electric scooters available. Ubers/ lyfts/cabs are readily available.

The host was wonderful and incredibly prompt with all our needs! Perfect location, safe parking, near great food spots, and doentown. It is across the street from train tracks...but the design and comfortability of this spot is fantastic!

Property was in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was close by. Only complaint was the shower head was very low and shower had not the greatest pressure. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

This property was very close to good restaurants and the perfect size for two people. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Great area if you enjoy walking.

Amazing Little Find

We loved our stay at this property! It was adorable, comfortable, and clean. It far exceeded my expectations especially at this price point it simply can’t be beat. We loved the location, felt very safe. Quaint neighborhood of adorable shops and brick roads. The linens were lovely both the bed and towels. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of bedding was provided for the pull out bed as well which I feel like never happens. The kitchen had all we needed. Literally the only suggestion I have is possibly adding some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels since they need to reused due to no washer/dryer. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property and if I ever have reason to return to Louisville I will check for it again! I have already recommended you to someone else.

Perfect for foodies!

This property has been so thoughtfully put together. It is warm, comfortable and very stylish. Located within walking distance of many good restaurants and bars. While it can accommodate 4 with a pull out sofa, it is a cozy couples retreat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Louisville.
