Elegant Home Steps to Restaurant Row!

The house is a beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom home that sleeps up to six (6) people. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, and there is a second bedroom with two brand new twin-XL beds that can be separated or pushed together into a king. A living room / kitchen with an open floor plan and brick chimney create beautiful gathering space. The new couch in the living room opens to provide a queen sleeper that sleeps two additional people. A fenced-in back yard and back deck provide outdoor dining and relaxing area in warmer weather. Parking on-site in back.

HOUSE RULES:
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at noon.
This is not a party house.
Please be quiet outdoors and be respectful of our neighbors.

This home is historic and incredibly cleanIt was built in the early 1910s .. lots of updates. Located in an eccentric historic part of Louisville. Neighborhood was generally quiet. The host had little touches.. something to be said for southern hospitality!!

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay and ability to walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The beds were comfortable along with the couches. An abundance of washcloths, towels, pillows, and blankets. We will be back!

Great little getaway

Family Reunion visit

We traveled to Lousiville for a family reunion and stayed at Andrew's property. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The check in process was easy and any communication was quickly answered. Thank you for letting us stay, we definately recommend this property!

Perfect location to a fun, safe, eclectic neighborhood. So many things to do within walking distance

The house was exactly as featured, very cute and cozy! Andrew made sure we had everything we needed - and we had a very prompt response from him to answer some questions we had at check-in. We easily explored the highlands by foot, and were within convenient driving distance to many other Louisville sights and attractions. We had a great time visiting with Moses at Pivot Bar, and many other friendly locals! Loved it- Would definitely stay again!

Thunder Over Louisville

Girls "short" trip to see Thunder Over Louisville. Very cool fireworks. This property was close to coffee/food/shopping in a quaint location for walking. Felt comfortable everywhere we went. The beds were extremely soothing after a long day. Thank you.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay!

Accurate listing, everything was as promised. Cozy little place in the heart of Deer Park/Bonneycastle neighborhood. The private parking was a bonus. Close to everything Bardstown Rd. has to offer. We parked once and walked everywhere. Plenty of towels and bedding for a comfortable stay. So many small touches (like a bourbon ball sample and toiletries) that made the place special.

Small house well located in Louisville

This was a great little rental for us. Everything was as expected. All the places we wanted to go were within a 20 minute drive. Walking to several stores and restaurants was easy and there is a Kroger just down the street. Tip -You have to touch the top of the keypad to light up the numbers for entry.

Great Time

The house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The host had stocked extras such as bath soap, a hairdryer, and more than enough towels/ bed linens. The house was clean and the host responded to questions almost immediately. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance but it does get a tad bit questionable after dark. Overall though we would book here again!

Loved all the restaurants just blocks away.

It was a very quiet neighborhood. We sat on the porch in the backyard the whole time we were there when we weren’t out exploring. The only things I can say negatively is that the towels were old and very used and looked dingy. Also the bathroom was very small. Churchill Downs was close by and we loved it. My highlight was going to the Brown Hotel and having the famous Hot Brown. It was really good. The hostess and wait staff were excellent.

Location!

This is a fantastic property in the best location in Louisville. I was born and raised in Louisville and we returned for a trade show. This house is just a few steps to Bardstown Road restaurants, coffee shops, and more. There is a grocery right down the road. The owners send a nice property booklet that provides concise information about the property: how to use the remote and wifi, where to find essentials, etc. All the essential items were provided. When we did have a question the owner responded quickly. There is a very nice deck in the back yard with table and chairs. And the off street parking is great. I definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable house and close to all Louisville attractions

We have just returned from a two-week trip to Kentucky and spent five nights in this beautiful home. House was very well equipped, including phone chargers, shampoo and other toiletries. Loved the outside space, although less rain would have meant we could have used it more! Parking space was very useful. House was well located, just 15 minutes from downtown and other attractions; Bardstown Road with restaurants and shops was at the end of the road. Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly and comprehensively to our questions about how to attend Thunder over Louisville. He even contacting us a couple of days before we arrived with updates/alternatives as the weather forecast had changed (to thunderstorms). We would stay here again if visiting Louisville.

Charming Home

We enjoyed our stay. And great location close to shops and restaurants. Well maintained and cozy home. When we first arrived, the remote was not working properly because it need a new batteries. The owner had some sent over along with a pint of ice cream. I thought this was very kind gesture. Kitchen is well stocked and was even some coffee left by the previous guests. Beds are comfortable very nice accommodations. Highly recommend.
