Welcome to THE LOUISVILLE LUXE – SUITE V! The location is EVERYTHING! This home is located in Louisville, KY – about 1.5 miles from downtown Louisville, KY, and less than 10 minutes | 5.0 miles from Louisville International Airport, The Uni. of Louisville, Churchill Downs, restaurants, shopping, parks, and more. Whether our guests are in town for a few nights, the week, a month, or more – we can, and will, accommodate all lengths of stay. The Louisville Luxe – Suite V offers the guests an entrance code to the suite, and their own room; which includes a Queen Bed with a new foam mattress, a Smart T.V. to stream their favorite shows and movies, space for storage, and a shared bathroom. The L. L. offers a shared kitchen and dining area; which has all the facilities and appliances needed to store drinks and foods, cook, and dine, as well as a coffee machine to kickstart the mornings or extend the nights. The L. L. offers a shared, in-home office for our guests' work needs. The L. L. offers a shared washing and drying machine, located in the garage, for our guests convenience. The L. L. offers all the essentials : Free Wi-Fi (500+ mbps), Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, etc. The L. L. covers the safety protocols and is equipped with camera surveillance of the home. There is free parking on our street. We ask that residents treat other residents with respect and follow our few rules :

European Style

The place was super clean and in a great location for old Louisville. I’ve stayed in Louisville a few times. The free street parking is a great perk but just be sure to read the small print. Unless you opt for the sole third floor room you’re sharing a community bathroom. It wasn’t an issue for us because we were the only tenants during our stay but I missed that little detail in the booking and was a little surprised. I went back to look for it and it’s buried in small print in the middle of the description. The host was very responsive and there were no issues at all during our stay

I did not like that it was shared with other people. The description made it a bit confusing if each party had their own floor as opposed to just a room and having to share the kitchen/bathroom
