So clean and cute! We loved our two nights here. Great neighborhood with stunning architecture. We were worried about the planes flying over ahead but it really wasn’t an issue at all for us. Great experience, would love to return.

Everything was lovely! The coffee options were exceptional, wonderful shower, friendly walkable neighborhood and right across the street from a huge park with visitor center. Izzy’s recommendations for lunch were spot on and greatly appreciated.

The flat was even better than we expected! The attention to detail was spot on. They thought of everything we could possibly need and then some! Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels, a full ice bin plus special cubes for cocktails, lots of good choices for coffee and beautifully decorated on top of everything else! We were able to walk to our historic ghost tour meeting point, as well as the farmers market across the street. Parking was easy and always available and check in and check out was a breeze and Izzy provided a wonderful list of things to see and do during our visit. We will definitely recommend to family and friends who are planning to visit Louisville!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Izzy's flat and our first introduction to the Old Louisville neighborhood. The location is great, right across from Central Park, and it was easy to walk to the Art Show we were attending as well as neighborhood restaurants and attractions. The flat was warm and cozy (loved all the ambient accent lighting) and the 2nd floor covered deck facing west was my favorite spot to wrap up the day. Izzy has supplied many basics that you don't always see in other rentals (spices, coffee pods, water in the fridge, specialty ice cubes and glasses for that bourbon you picked up, toiletries in the shower, etc) that made it feel a bit more like staying at a friend's guest cottage than a rental. Izzy was very responsive and helpful with any question we had. Plan to return to explore the neighborhood even more!

A Great Stay in Old Louisville

I had a great time staying at this property, which was well-situated for my needs, well-furnished and clean. I'm an anxious traveller and so particularly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the hosts, who were very responsive and keen to help. Will certainly stay here again if I need to return to Louisville!

Gorgeous home Ina beautiful neighborhood!

This is one of the best stays we have ever had in a short term rental. Gorgeously decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The hosts made everything easy and communication was great. The neighborhood is gorgeous! We would stay here again.

Perfect location for a long weekend

The flat is located in a perfect spot - very walkable if you don’t mind walking places (we love to walk!). We stayed here while doing parts of the bourbon trail and it was great. The hosts we’re great and communication was easy! Cute place.

Adorable flat in luxurious historical area

We loved everything about this flat! It's very well-appointed, and perfect for couples. The quaint, lovely neighborhood offers the perfect getaway spot for those visiting Louisville. The owners thought of all the extra details to make us comfortable away from home.

a real gem in the historic district

Super clean and organized accommodation, in a lovely area. The design is amazing, the shower outstanding, beds and pillows are really comfortable. This was the perfect place to enjoy a long weekend in Louisville - the location was a few minutes from so many fun restaurants, and distilleries, and especially the Conrad/Caldwell House Museum (just steps from the front door) stay here for a laid back vibe and experience historic old Louisville in all it's glory.

Lovely apartment in historic Old Louisville

If you love historic districts in cities, this apartment is for you. It is well-appointed and conveniently located to many Louisville attractions. It is especially great if you want to be near the University of Louisville or the downtown distilleries. For us it was a great location to visit relatives off Bardstown Road and in Southern Indiana.

Great hosts and location

Cool space, perfect location across from the park. Comfortable beds and furniture, nicely-stocked kitchen. Quiet and private. Izzy and Nerissa were very responsive and great to talk to—nice recommendations and overall perfect hosts. And their Oh My Lollies frozen fruit pops are delicious, if you get a chance to try them!
