The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all the trash in the house and place it in the large trash can in the garage.
We’d appreciate it if you could return everything to its original place, especially kitchen items.
No need to strip the beds but please leave towels in the showers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Street parking is NOT permitted at anytime; park on the driveway or garage ONLY. NEMA 14-50 EV outlet available with a small fee.
Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am. During the quiet time hours, no loud noises outside the house and no swimming in the lake.
Speed limit in the neighborhood is 20MPH, all guests must follow the speed limit and slow down to yield for pedestrians.

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The views were amazing! The house and property were beautiful! Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. They have provided everything anyone could need for a short stay, which we really appreciated. I was born and raised in Inner Mongolia, while Jay grew up in the northern Detroit area. These very different backgrounds bring a unique blend of experiences to our lives, which we love to share with others.

We’re a family of five, including our daughter who lives in Texas, my wonderful mother-in-law, and our two golden doodles, who bring endless joy and energy to our home. As pet lovers, we know how hard it can be to find truly pet-friendly vacation spots, so we made sure Coeur d'Alene would be a welcoming place for furry friends.

When we’re not busy hosting or working on home improvement projects, you can find us enjoying tennis, golf, or exploring new places. We love meeting people, sharing stories, and making lifelong connections with guests from all walks of life.

Did you know Coeur d'Alene means "Heart of the Awl" in French? The name was given by French traders in the late 18th century to a Native American tribe. In May 2022, we visited the city of Coeur d'Alene in Northern Idaho and were captivated by its sparkling Lake Coeur d'Alene, stunning mountain trails, and vibrant golfing scene. But what left the biggest impression on us was the kindness, peacefulness, and adventurous spirit of the people. It’s this warmth and sense of community that inspired us to name our East Tennessee lakefront home after Coeur d'Alene.

Our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is designed to be your perfect getaway. The home was fully renovated in 2022 with high-end finishes and unique artisan furniture sourced from surrounding local towns. Each bedroom is named after a different local town, giving the villa a charming, personalized touch. With breathtaking lake views, a game-filled living space, and cozy areas for family bonding, Coeur d'Alene is ideal for making memories together.
