Amazing! Tellico village lake house with dock!

With stunning views of Lake Tellico and all the amenities you could ask for, you'll never want to leave this tranquil vacation! Located in Tellico Village, a premier lake front community in Loudon, TN , 30 minutes outside of Knoxville. Tellico has 3 beautiful golf courses, walking trails, indoor pool, workout center, pickleball and tennis courts and of course beautiful Lake Tellico.

Lakefront home perfect for a romantic getaway or spacious enough to bring the entire family. Plan your gathering, reunion, golf excursion, fishing trip, The Great Smokies getaway, motorcycle ride through The Dragon, Pigeon Forge with Dollywood and much more! Cozy up indoors on cool days taking in the calm, glistening waters or enjoy the summer sun by the dock .

Bring your water toys and tie them up on our dock. Unfortunately, our boat does not come part of your rental. But you can bring your own boats and water toys or rent one locally.

We allow non shedding and or small dogs under 30 lbs. Contact me for more details!

Our home has 4 beautiful bedrooms, a kids room with 2 twin trundles and a crib and an additional pull out couch in the library. A fully stocked kitchen, with all the dishes and pots and pans you need to feed a large family. There are two big dining tables, one in the kitchen and one in the formal dining room, with an additional table for six on the upper deck.

There are 2 smart TV's and a DVD player, lots of board games, WIFI for you whole family to get online and so much more.

We don't allow weddings or other big events at our property!

During the off season we can offer a discount lone couples (2 guests) get aways! Contact us for details!

We request a 2 day in advance, but check if our house is open for a quick arrival.

The house exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, in good repair, and had everything we needed. The location right next to the lake was perfect. Unbelievable sunrises. I took lots of pictures because the scenery would change every few seconds as the sun was rising. The host was very helpful. I would love to be able to return to this house one day.

We are in love with this property! It has certain special charm that makes you feel more comfortable than the standard VRBO - instead, you feel like you are at the family vacation home. There is not a bad view in the house, and the library alone makes you want to stay for a month and read. So many cozy spots to sit—and the sunrise on the lake is spectacular. The host was amazingly accommodating and easy to communicate with. You are missing out if you don’t stay here.

This place was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked. The house had so many little sitting areas if groups needed to break off. We were there in the winter so we didn’t take advantage of the dock, etc., but the view was unbelievable. Sitting in that sunroom restores your soul.

We were in town for a wedding. 6 of us stayed in this beautiful house and had plenty of room. Being on the lake was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this place for your next trip to the area.

Wonderful lakeside home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were here during a cold spell, but the deck and dock areas would be fantastic in warmer weather. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again..

The house is plenty big for many people and the location can't be beat. Our favorite thing was sitting in the enclosed porch looking out on the water and catching up with our friends. Sooo relaxing. Will definitely return.

The house was in a wonderful location. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house. Loved watching sunrise over the water. The property was clean, well provisioned and a great fit for our family….plenty of room to spread out.

My late husband and I moved with our 4 children to Knoxville, from Connecticut in 1992 and bought this lake house in 93 as our summer house. After the children graduated we moved to Tellico full time. In 2015 my husband passed away after a lengthy illness. In 2018, I remarried a widower in the neighborhood. Since then, we have made my home a vacation rental property. It has been fun seeing so many families enjoying this beautiful lake community. We live within walking distance of my former home and are usually if you have any problems or questions.

Why they chose this property

My home has everything I would want when I am traveling. Warm and inviting with amazing views and access to a beautiful lake with mountain views. You don't even mind a rainy day. Storms on the lake are amazing!

What makes this property unique

You can launch your boat or jet ski from a near by public ramp and tie up to our dock.
Swim, float, or fish off the dock. Play 3 pristine golf courses or just relax and enjoy your family. Life doesn't get any better than this!
