The tastefully decorated and remodeled country Cottage at Broad Hill Run Farm is conveniently located between the Great Smoky Mountains, Big South Fork and Lone Mountain recreation areas, and Norris Dam State Park. Knoxville's Premier Restaurant and Shopping, Turkey Creek is less than 15 Minutes.

Being just 5 minutes from the I-75 Lenoir City-TN exit and 15 minutes from the I-75/I-40 interchange, it’s the perfect relaxing retreat for interstate layovers, property shopping trips or your recreational headquarters for excursions to the lakes and mountains.

Likewise, downtown Knoxville and UT are just 30 minutes away, making it perfect for city breaks, and university visits.

The National Laboratory at Oak Ridge and the new East Tennessee ‘Silicon Valley’ are also just 9 miles away.

Well appointed with a great kitchen and family room. The owner was extremely helpful with accurate directions. She even helped me make contacts for an upcoming wedding. Only thing that would make the stay better-1-a mirror in the twin bedroom 2-hooks or towel rack in the main hall bathroom. Otherwise everything else worked perfectly.

Inviting and Comfortable

The home is decorated beautifully, very clean and accommodating with good outside seating. Country feel, yet accessible from main roads. Lisha was a great host and communication was easy.

Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.

Family visit

We had a wonderful time. The beds were so comfortable we all slept in! Dogs loved the fenced yard and watching the horses. The only negative thing we can say is that it was hard getting up the first step, could have used a hand rail.

Beautiful home, clean, host was wonderful

I had to come up with my family for medical appointments and the house was a perfect fit for our needs. My kiddos and our dog loved the fenced in backyard, we had plenty of room, house was clean and the host was incredibly kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here with my family. PERFECT house for us and our dogs. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The beds, pillows, and linens were great. All was super clean. Definitely a do over!

We stayed for two nights for a junior golf tournament at Avalon. It was very convenient and a great choice for us. My 14 year old daughter liked the house and we both felt very comfortable and well rested staying here. We stay in VRBOs for golf all the time, and this was one of our favorites.

House is great!

This house is super clean and newly remodeled. Well furnished and very nice inside. We had two boats and trucks but had to back in off the main road do to not being able to turn around on the property do to rain and mud. Not used to having no cable or satellite tv. They have Netflix and other internet television. Overall a nice place with close proximity to the dam boat ramp.

Family get together

Loved it. Impressed with decor and comfort, quality of appliances, and overall experience. Would definitely rebook. Thank you for the pet polcy and the lovely yard for Lucy to explore. Great facing. Fire pit was pre-prepared! Overall, we loved it and would love to come again. The only suggestion we have would be to get control of the pest problem: many many large black ants in every room, spiders and unrecognizable creepers. Over 30 killed inside. They were there on Day 1. Other Thant, it was lovely.

Great location for a family reunion of sorts

This home was perfect for our needs. We live in Ohio, FL, and TN and needed a place to visit after over a year and a half apart. The location was close enough for my son & his family to visit daily, while allowing the FL and OH componenets of our family a place to stay for a week. My parents and sister (the FL gang) had yet to meet my granddaughter (my parents' first great grandchild). It was spacious enough to allow us family time, but to also allow for time apart. The open concept was a perfect place to visit with my granddaughter and watch her play. My 13 year old nephew had plenty of nearby options to fish and ride his skateboard since watching an 18 month old isn't exactly entertaining for a teen. My parents have mobility issues, so a single level was a must. She also needed a zero entry (or small lip) shower both were available in this house. We made use of the back yard to let my parents' dog get his exercise and spent time on the wraparound porch as well as there was plenty of room to both rock and play cards at the table. We used the gas grill several times for dinner, and the large sink in the laundry room was a godsend for my sister as she, my brother-in-law, and my nephew had just come from a weeklong boy scout camp out in Tellico. We didn’t get a chance to use the fure-pit, but it looked top notch as well. Our only disappointment was a lack of a handrail on the stairs closest to the parking area (where the keybox was located).

First, I chose it because it has a fence for our dog. Then I chose it because of how good the pictures look for the inside. But they don’t do it justice. The inside is immaculate and completely comfortable. I slept wonderfully on a very comfortable bed. It had ample space in good flow, very cozy. The master en suite had heated tile floor and a large spa like shower. It’s in the country so the yard is country. I gave the cushions a dusting, and we sat outside and enjoyed the fireflies.
