Great stay!

The property is very nice. It’s a three bedroom home upstairs and an additional separate apartment underneath. It was new, updated, and very clean! It sits inside a locked gate with a small backyard included on a corner lot. The host met us at the door to provide the key to unlock the doors and gate. Street parking was available. Upstairs includes three bedrooms. One master with a master bathroom. Two other bedroom and a common bathroom. All bedrooms have good sized closets. The downstairs has a half bath and an open concept kitchen/living room with a sectional couch. We brought an air mattress for the kids and comfortably housed 11 of us. The only con: There could have been more plates and silverware in the kitchen, but that was easily solved by getting some paper plates and disposable silverware. We enjoyed our stay! Much appreciated Elliot!

Could have been worse

I would like to say the house was built nicely and has a beautiful kitchen. The issue was we had to buy plates, forks, spoons and pans for the oven. We left the forks and spoons behind for the next group. There were no measuring cups/measuring spoons except for 1/4 teaspoon. There are several pots and a couple pans but only one of each can be used with the stove because the stove was Frigidaire Induction and the other ones did not have the magnetic bottom. The biggest issue I had was the places needs a really good deep cleaning. Basics were done. There were no dirty dishes and the beds were made when we arrived but everywhere is covered in a layer of dust/dirt. We swept when we first walked in but they needed to be mopped really badly. For me the dirtiness and inconvenience was not worth the money I spent on it

Not as Described! Grossly inaccurate!

This property sleeps 6, not 15, and REEKS of cigarette smoke! The "gourmet kitchen" has a stack of paper plates, a box of plastic cutlery, 2 mugs (no cups), and we found a metal spatula. There are 3 queen beds with blankets and pillows. There were 4 bath towels, and 8 hand towels/washcloths. The couch is NOT a hide-a-bed. There were no roll away beds. No extra bedding, pillows, blankets to be found. We were shocked that this could be listed to sleep 15. The kitchen seats 4. The smoke alarm was chirpping when we arrived. Upon examination, we discovered it had been disconnected. Cigarette burns in the carpet upstairs were more evidence of lie that this is a "smoke free" condo. We were excited about this cute property listing. Street parking was easy. Feeling like we didn't have many other options (as we had already spent or housing budget on this place,) we decided to make due, and pulled out the blanket from our car for 2 people to share on the couch. The VRBO host, who lives in the appt downstairs, also hosted a very loud (happy, but also angry and scary at times) party from 1-4am, on a Monday night. Marijuana smoke filled our condo. This wasn't a random bad neighbor. This was the host! We decided we could not do another night like this (we gave it a good try) and contacted the host that we were checking out early and asked what to do with the key. When he did not respond, which we expected, due to his wild party a few hours earlier, we left the key in his mailbox, notified him, with no response, again. We are working with VRBO directly to ensure that no one else gets lied to like we did. We have always enjoyed our VRBO stays, but after this, my kids begged that we just do hotels from now on.

Beautiful Home,

The Home is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. Communication with owner was not a problem. The only suggestion would be to provide more plates, silverware and towels. Enjoyed our stay!
