Formosa luxury villa - Welcome to The Oasis

Situated just a short drive from Disney, this expansive family home villa sleeps over 16 guests comfortably. Inside features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 7 spacious bedrooms. This luxury villa also benefits from a game room, a home theater with a full theater seating experiencea, and room audio streaming. Outside you will find a large private pool with spillover hot tub, sunloungers, firepit with seating, and a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen, an alfresco dining area and relaxing lounge seating.

The Oasis is a custom built vacation home and at over 7900sq ft offers a truly luxurious base for your next trip to Central Florida with plenty of space for even the largest of gatherings.

This home is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens, a family-friendly gated community for your security located just 5 minutes from Disney World and even closer to the Margaritaville Resort with shopping villages of a wide range of restaurants and shops. Multiple golf courses and winery are also nearby.

With a large pool, hot tub, movie theater, summer kitchen and so much more you may never want to leave!

Guest access:
There is no on street parking allowed over night in the neighborhood. Front gate and door access will be provided just prior to your visit with arrival instructions.

Other things to note:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The pool and hot tub are heated for an additional daily charge of $40/day payable to the on-site manager upon arrival for the days you want or electronically to me directly.

Firepit includes the currently used propane tank and one extra replacement tank. All refills beyond that are the responsibility of the guest or can be arranged with the property manager at the guest's expense.

The home is stunning. Between the pool, game room, movie theatre, we never left the property during our 3 day stay. The owner was extremely helpful with our questions and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hoping to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at The Oasis. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The property had all the comforts of home. One of the highlights was the outdoor space - whether it was sipping coffee on the patio in the morning, enjoying a glass of wine at night, or enjoying the pool. The host and the property management team were responsive and friendly. The location was ideal. Close to attractions but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit.

Gorgeous House

We are a multi-generational family and had a great time at the house. The host and property manager were very responsive. The house is immense with more space than we could have imagined. The outdoor living space (pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and dining area) was a lot of fun for us, along with the integrated music system. The game room and theater are great. Some areas are showing wear but overalll, the property is fairly well maintained.

We had a blast! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was cool, quiet and fully ready with everything that was outlined in the listing. We have been staying at Formosa Gardens since 2005 and have never felt the need to use the same home twice, until we stayed here on our last visit. This house is simply amazing and everything you could need for an incredible stay is included. A massive amount of space for multiple families to easily spread out and not get under each others feet, fantastic huge rooms, very large games room, cinema and a phenomenal pool area and outside kitchen brought us back to what we think is the best home on the estate again. Nothing is too much for the owner and property management team who were brilliant and always quickly and easily available to help throughout our stay. If you are looking for a luxurious relaxing holiday with every requirement catered for then this is the place to get it. Quality and standard are exceptional and I simply cannot rate this accommodation highly enough as for the second time running our party of four families has had the most brilliant time ever. There is no question in our minds where we will be looking to stay when we return again and thanks to the owners for allowing us to share their beautiful home.

The house has good bones but not maintained well One of the pillowcases had a lot of dried blood on it and when we used oxy clean on it and washed it, it came clean which means it was not pulled from prior house guests very disturbing to our guests. Who knows if the other sheets were clean. Pillows were very old and flimsy needs new pillows, mattresses were not that comfortable. The kids rooms were the only ones that seemed firm. The patio kitchen brick needed power washed had a dirty greasy smell. Grill was not clean we had to take the grids off and clean them.. The door going into the house from the pool was very dirty tried to clean it but would not come clean needs painted same with front door needs a paint job. Light bulbs needed, some burned out ,one broke and some missing. some of the drains in the showers would not drain, holding water. 50% of the blinds didn't work. Cleanliness has to be number one on the list or it just gives you a bad vibe from the start. The little play diner is so dirty I wouldn't let the kids go in it. For the money we spent it should be spotless and maintained. Were telling you this because you may not get any feed back on these things and your book said you wanted replies good or bad The printer needed ink. Check the dryer vents took forever to dry. Carpet needs shampooed. pots and pans need replaced very poor condition. Box fans very dirty had to clean before using them.

3RD STAY WAS A CHARM

This was our 3rd stay at this property and despite hurricane Debby’s attempt to ruin our vacation, it failed. This rental is lovely and our family of 13 found plenty to do inside this spacious home. Even with all the rain, we still enjoyed sitting outside under the fully covered, very large patio to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or watch television and our grands enjoyed the pool even in the drizzle. The property is clean, well-kept and very spacious. The beds are so comfy, I could have slept til noon every day. I also loved the addition of the Keurig’s in each master bedroom. Great location - convenient for dining, groceries, fast food, etc. And the care of the property management team was top notch!! If you want a luxury stay, without breaking the bank – this is the home to choose. You will not be disappointed. We’ve been vacationing in Kissimmee as a family for 20+ years and we’ve stayed at some very nice properties, but this home has become our favorite and we’re looking forward to many more memorable stays.
