This spacious home offers private parking, 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and the main living area, kitchen and fourth bedroom on the top floor. Rinse the sand from your toes in the heated outdoor shower or spend the day swimming in our private pool. Conveniently located near the beach for beach goers.

Perfect Holden Beach House

Property was exactly as described and we had a great time at the house for the 4 days in Holden Beach we were there. The highlight for us was the heated pool. Although it is an additional fee to have it heated, it was well worth it!!! We have rented other houses in the past and they are usually barely heated and a disappointment, but this time we couldn’t of been any happier as we were swimming in it when it was 39 degrees outside the first morning. Excellent communication with Rob when it was needed as he quickly responded to a few questions we had. Would definitely rent this house again if we are in the area .. 5 stars!!!!

A gem!

Rob was a quick communicator and easy to reach. The property is a great location and so easy to get to the beach. This was a perfect house for our 9 people and for the price can’t be beat! Book it today and don’t stress about it not being beach front.

Excellent Stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Most vacation homes claim to be turn key, but this one truly meets the mark. No detail spared throughout the house. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Had a couple minor things crop up and had to reach out to the property owner. His response and the fix were immediate. Would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool area is great, not to far of a walk to the beach as well as local restaurants! Property manager was very responsive!

Amazing Stay

Beautiful neighborhood and house! The property is as clean and organized as the photos make it look. Very comfortable for 7 people. 5 guests were able to have their own rooms. The pool was clean and outside deck area was perfect for sunbathing. Very short walk to a beach access as well. Would stay again. The only feedback I have is that the rooms with the shared beds - two twins beds and stacked bunk beds are smaller in person than the photos make it appear. Not a huge issue though. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great stay!
