Newly Remodeled “Sea La Vie” formally known as "Chasin' A Dream" is what a dream home is all about with a private Backyard Pool and beach access right across the street!

Start your vacation off with "Sea La Vie” offering spectacular views and a calming ocean breeze. This house is located in the peaceful West End neighborhood of Marsh Walk. This Second Row home has an incredible ocean view with a convenient beach access directly across the street! After a sunny day at the beach, enjoy rocking your worries away on the covered oceanfront front porch, or taking a stroll on the private boardwalk pier overlooking the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. Relax or fish as you watch the boats and wild life go by in this private setting. This also has a beautiful backyard pool, so when you are tired of playing in the sand, you can enjoy a quick dip or even an easy relaxing day by the pool. Newly remodeled offering new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new quartz kitchen countertops with a beautiful backsplash, all new stainless steal appliances and a bright new paint color throughout the entire house to give it an updated and fresh, beachy look. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has an inverted floor plan that offers an open concept kitchen and living area on the 2nd level with a convenient ½ bath. The kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, a flat top stove, and a separate ice maker. The dining area seats 8 and 3 more at the kitchen bar top. There is one bedroom on the top level with a King bed and a full private bath. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, each having their own private bathrooms as well!

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

The weather was perfect! The location of the house was perfect as well. The spacious/ open kitchen allowed for easy movements and lots of deep conversations and games. Swimming pool was the most wonderful bonus.

The pictures are deceiving. This house is run down and dirty. The floor was filthy and covered with dirt and crumbs when we arrived. Our feet were black within minutes. We found multiple cockroaches on the first floor. The furniture is old and stained. We had to cover the couches with sheets just sit on them. The doors were all warped and didn’t close all the way. We love the location and the addition of the pool. We were looking forward to our stay but ended up more disappointed than anything. For all the money we paid to stay for one week, they could splurge for some new furniture, a new hose, and new bath mats. The dryer is also broken. It has moisture inside and takes hours to dry. The yard was overgrown and filled with trash. This house has potential but the owners haven’t put in any effort.

Spacious beach house

The property was very clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. The location was great to not be ocean front! Only down side was wanting access to the marsh walk but not being able to find the gate key. I contacted the property management company and they said they would reach out to owners, but we ne we heard back. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

Why do you send reviews to people that never got a chance to stay here! Closed an island that wasn’t even touched by a hurricane! We ended up staying on an island that looked like a war zone(oak island) and they never shut down! Finally got across the bridge to Holden island and it looked like it had never been hit! No services rendered! Company and owner very unethical of the way you treat your paying renters! You should be ashamed!!!

Home Away From Home

We rented the property as a stay in vacation. Perfect for families to be able to cook in and enjoy the beach and pool. Other than trips to grocery store, we did not need a thing! Great location and nice home. Had access to all we needed.
