Tranquility: The vacation of your dreams awaits at this beautifully renovated family-friendly home, featuring a sparkling pool that is completely enclosed by a privacy fence.

Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while relaxing on two covered porches (front and rear). You'll love being located a short walk to private beach access and within easy walking distance to island restaurants, coffee shops, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue. Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. Enjoy a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat is only available in June. Pool heat is a add on fee - $85/day. Call the office to add on.

Quick Get-Away

Location is quiet and convenient. Property had everything we needed easy access to pool and beach. Also, loved being able to use kayaks in the tidal marsh area adjacent to the ICW. All great amenities for our teenage kids. We did have an issue with the condo but staff worked quickly to resolve it and our stay was wonderful. Would definitely visit again!

We love Starboard by the Sea

The condo does have sleeping for 8 but really is better suited for 7. Recommend 4 adults and 3-4 small kids. We had 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was small for us. We have stayed in other units at Starboard before and this unit is same layout but overall smaller, probably because of where it is located. Very nice and well furnished unit. Very clean and has great view of the intercostal. Would stay again with smaller number of people.

The weather was rainy. The house had numerous 2inch pimento cockroaches. The owner refused a refund

Needs deep cleaning and exterminated. I call it the ROACH house. Dirty rugs and cockroaches gallor’

Beautiful, clean and quiet!

Our stay here at Ocean Isle Beach was perfect! The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The kids especially loved the pickle ball, fishing off the dock and kayaks! The neighborhood was quiet! Thanks for having us, we will be back!

Vacation Rental Gem!

Just experienced a wonderful vacation week at this Top-floor Oasis condo! A very welcoming place to stay, clean, tasteful and trendy furnishings, well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to pull it all in! 5 minute walk to the beautiful, quiet, white sand beach with available fresh water shower to rinse off. Close access to pool and tennis courts and dock launch for the two available kayaks! Beautiful vista from deck. We enjoyed buying fresh catch of the day from Doug’s fish market right over the bridge! Had a great time and will be back!

Great but Palmetto Bugs are everywhere around the property

Unit was clean but the palmetto bugs/large cockroachs were inside the unit. Don't know if this is a regular occurance in this area but it should be addressed.
