Average home, but not cleaned too well.
Good home in a pretty & safe neighborhood & several restaurants nearby. Large private bedrooms have comfy beds (but none had waste baskets). Bathrooms are plentiful & spacious with good towels and hand soap at every sink. Kitchen large but had bare minimum stocked. Decor could use updating (dusty plastic plants all over).
Didn’t spend much time at the home, but there were several areas for improvement. Beds for 8 but dining table for 6 and (despite the xtra large TV) there’s TV seating for only 4. Sofa and chair badly stained, Keurig pods ran out for 7 adults, basement smelled strongly toxic (paint? epoxy? Chemical offloading?), basement window frames full of mildew, all windows need cleaning, two older area rugs had stiffened into trip hazard shape, spackling project only needed sanding & a couple drops of paint but left unfinished, back yard unmanicured with overgrown gardens, etc. If you enter the back yard through the driveway gate, don’t close it behind you or you’ll be locked in the yard!
