This split-entry home is situated just three miles from the airport! It finds its place in a serene, well-established, and family-friendly neighborhood, offering a spacious fenced backyard and a dedicated game room for your amusement!

Stroll a few blocks away to discover nearby trails, perfect for walking, biking, or skiing during the winter. The home allows quick access to south Anchorage restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. A short drive to midtown or downtown is also effortless.

Upstairs - the fully equipped kitchen will provide what you need to cook meals or bake goodies during your stay (including brand-new stainless steel cookware). The table seats four as-is, or you may add the extra leaf and extra to seat six.

The cozy upstairs living area features comfortable new furniture and a beautiful gas fireplace.

Down the hall, you will find two inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, black-out blinds, and a convenient walk-in closet. Across the hall, the second bedroom has a new queen bed and a window facing the backyard, where birch trees offer a year-round spectacle, whether in their lush green, golden, or snow-covered attire.

Comfortable and entirely brand-new beds and bedding will ensure a great night's sleep! Both bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with fluffy new towels and shower essentials. Families with little ones are well-catered with a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, and toddler dishes.

Off the kitchen and dining area, you can enjoy dining or lounging on the generous deck, which overlooks the large, private, fenced backyard with beautiful birch trees and raspberry bushes. During the summer, we will also provide outdoor games for the yard.

The downstairs area serves as a bedroom and an additional living space, offering the flexibility you need. Guests can easily combine the two twin beds to create a comfortable king bed. Additionally, two love seats and an additional smart tv ensure that multiple couples or families to enjoy their own private space. The second bathroom is also located downstairs.

You will find the washer and dryer in the garage, as well as a "game room" setup! Enjoy the ping pong matches, foosball games, or an NBA arcade game for some added fun during your downtime!

Great stay and location!

Lynette was one of the best hosts we've ever had! Very communicative and responsive and any issues that needed to be addressed, which were few, were done immediately. The location is great and central to everything one would need, and the house was clean, true to pictures, and beds were comfortable. Game room was a real plus for the kids! Thanks Lynette!!

Great house for traveling with Teens

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near shopping and the airport. Great for a family with teens. The game room was well used in our short stay. The hosts are easy to reach and very accommodating. The house is very well kept with comfortable beds and all the basics for cooking and bathing.

Amazing Place!

The communication and ease of check-in was great. Beautifully decorated without being cluttered. Plenty of great blankets for cuddling or extra warmth at night. The house is conveniently located. It was such a great place to collapse at the end of the day. There is no false advertising with this place. Great suggestions from Lynette for restaurants & tours. The water heater had issues and they were handled quickly. Plenty of space for all of us to have some down time. Absolutely loved it. We definitely recommend.

Fantastic Stay

This property is the perfect place for families! We loved the game room as this was really hard to find in other rentals - it makes this one stand out for sure. In addition, the property was very clean nicely decorated, and had a lot of nice personal touches. The location was perfect for our visit - we were able to take several day trips and also be close to all of the necessities and the airport in Anchorage. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

My husband and I lived in this home for several years, and we only moved because we needed more space. We absolutely loved living here, and the second we entered the home before purchasing it, we knew it had a special feel. We love sharing the space, and our guests also seem to notice the same feeling of comfort that we appreciated during our years of living there!

After being inspired by traveling and noticing what I appreciate in a vacation rental, we decided to convert this home. My husband and I updated the home, and I have hand-picked the furnishings and the decor. I enjoy creating a space that others will find comfortable and special during their stay.

In addition to the home itself, we loved the neighborhood, the neighbors, and the proximity to nearly everything one would need in Anchorage.

We have one other vacation rental in Anchorage and two others in southern Utah due to our occasional vacations during the long Alaskan winters. I've enjoyed applying the same special touches to those spaces, and our guests have expressed so much appreciation and joy when staying there. I wanted to provide the same hospitality for visitors in Anchorage.

We look forward to sharing this special space with those visiting Alaska and providing an exceptional stay for them!

You will appreciate the fantastic location of this house. Everything is within a 5-minute drive. Costco is one mile away, Fred Meyer is a few miles away, and the airport is just a 5-minute drive.

I love the neighborhood, the backyard, the neighbors, the proximity to trails and accommodations, and the home's layout. It naturally has a cozy feel that I always enjoyed coming home to!
