Relax and enjoy a beach getaway in this beautiful home located in Bear Trap Dunes Resort Community. This extremely spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath home has space for everyone with 2 sitting rooms, a large screened-in porch overlooking the greens, and a comfortable living room with a TV. This home is excellent for golf weekends in the shoulder and off-season.

The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home with plenty of seating at the dining table, breakfast nook table, and kitchen island seating. The first-floor primary suite comes with a queen bed, a desk for work (only if you need to), and a TV with cable. The primary bathroom in the suite comes with a tub and walk-in shower and separated dual sinks.

The second floor has a loft space with an anchored bunk bed and two bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and the second bedroom comes with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom that has a shower/tub. There is so much space to enjoy in this home and the home is a short walk to the amenities and clubhouse. Be sure to book your next vacation at this home away from home!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK. ( Please note that these prices are for 2022 and may change for 2023 )

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.

"Dual Realities: Tranquil Haven at Bear Trap Dunes Amidst Bustling Beach Chaos"

Our brief escape to Bethany Beach was a success. The house we stayed at in the Bear Trap Dunes community in Ocean View, Delaware, was delightful. The entire community exuded a wonderfully calming atmosphere, perfect for morning strolls and bike rides. Without this serene haven, our week-long getaway might have turned disappointing. The surrounding area, particularly the beach, was overwhelmingly crowded, with people packed in like sardines. The multitude of fast-food establishments masquerading as restaurants didn't offer much variety either. Unless you're content with a diet of pizza, fries, and burgers seven days a week, it's a one-way ticket to heart attack and diabetes land!
