This is a spacious single-family home in the Village of Bear Trap Dunes. BACK DECK WITH POND VIEW! 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and outdoor shower. Large front porch, screened-in back porch with pond view. Open concept living, dining, kitchen area and separate TV room on 1st level. 2 car garage. First floor Master Bedroom with king bed, and En Suite. Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 2nd bedroom is very spacious and has both a queen size bed and a single (Twin). The 3rd bedroom is great for the kids, pyramid bunk bed with a single (twin) on top, a double (full) pullout trundle (twin). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom is smaller and has one full size (double) bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The house includes all modern amenities, a full-size washer and dryer, dual AC/Heat and gas fireplace, microwave and full electric range with oven. A gas BBQ grill is located in back yard. There is a spacious outdoor shower. Kids bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, electric go cart, baby stroller, corn hole game and paddle ball in the garage. Walking distance to outdoor pools and fitness center. Community pools require renters to purchase pool tags at the community center for $50 per person.

Great vacation

The property was as described and as pictured. We were 4 adults and 3 kids (two families) and the layout worked great. The outside screened in porch was beautiful and really did look out on a creek. The bikes in the garage were so great to have. Would definitely go back!

Great for family week at the beach

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of the golf and lots of other amenities at Bear Trap Dunes.

Beachy Relaxation

The property is well maintained, and super comfortable. I love the convenience of having golfing, pool, and the beach at my fingertips. Lovely rental.

Beautiful Vacation Home and Great Location

My family and I had a wonderful week in those home. The house was clean and had lots of space. We loved having morning coffee on the front covered porch and sitting at night in the screened back deck. The location is great and the amenities (shuttle to beach/boardwalk and pool) of the property provided lots of options and reduced car trips. We had two rainy days and still enjoyed ourselves by utilizing the indoor pool and reading on the covered porch and deck. It was great to be able to grill and eat outside and avoid long lines. The kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes, pots, pans, etc. Additionally, if you like to run, walk, or bike, the neighborhood is quite large and safe for these activities. The owner is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and checked in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a great week and definitely stay at this home again.

Our home is located just four blocks from the Bear Trap Pavilion and 2 blocks from the second outdoor pool on October Glory Avenue. A quiet peaceful community, perfect for morning and evening walks, and riding bikes.

Large front porch and screened-in back porch and NEW OUTDOOR DECK with pond view for outside time during dusk, enjoying a cocktail and the fresh air. Outdoor shower with connection to deck and porch access. Large back yard for use in yard games and lounging.
