Your family will feel RIGHT AT HOME in this clean and family friendly beach house. Ideally situated near the beaches, next door to Jungle Jim's waterpark, community pool 2min walk, walkable to Tanger outlets and many great restaurants and coffee shops. Walkable to live music - conch island, blue coast, Thompson island. This home has great amenities and all the comforts of home.
Beach vacations can create some of the most memorable and MAGICAL family memories. But let's face it, finding the right place can be stressful! Anywhere within sight of the beach costs a fortune, and anywhere else leads to traffic and parking nightmares. We are sure you'll find our location to be the CONVENIENT way to enjoy the beach. Less hassle means more fun!
Located off Route One just below the outlet shopping centers (Nike, Under Armour) and across Route 1 from Rehoboth Avenue the main road to Rehoboth beach. CONVENIENT and QUICK access to the beaches with minimal traffic. Just minutes from the sand in Rehoboth (1 mile), Dewey (3 miles), Lewes (6 miles), or Bethany beaches (14miles)!
Also, the PARK and RIDE is right next door! For ~$3 a ride for adults and children ride free, you can be on the beach, Funland, hitting the outlets, at the movies, and everywhere else without the stress of traffic and parking meters. Shuttles depart routinely to most locations (every 10 mins to Rehoboth) and run from early morning til LATE NIGHT. If needed, your group can split up easily without the dilemma over how to get there and when to come home. This is especially convenient when some parties have younger and older kids.
Also right next door (5min walk) is Wawa, Fresh Market (great for last minute dinner takeout), Fractured Prune donut shop or The Point Coffee Shop and three top notch Rehoboth family friendly restaurants with outdoor seating - the Big Fish Grill, Blue Coast Seafood, and Thompson Island Brewing Company. Did I say walkable and outdoor seating! Walkable to the great music at Conch Island (adults only lovely bar).

Our four BEDROOM home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood is perfect place for extended family or friends. The house features two MASTER SUITES both with king-size beds, HD TVs, and private baths. A third bedroom has a queen (with its own HD TV). All bedrooms and porch have ceiling fans for your comfort and each bedroom has their own large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds plus a single (3 beds total) - closet has games and pack-n-play. And a twin size daybed in the loft rounds out the sleeps 10 beds. 3rd bath is tub/shower and is located just off the upstairs hallway. With three full baths plus a powder room, the whole gang can be quickly out the door to ENJOY a night out.
Someone in your party needs a quiet space for an online work meeting? The walk-in closet for BR3 was large enough - we added a mini-office/workspace!
The family room is OPEN to the kitchen/dining areas with a screened porch (seats 7 and perfect for relaxing and morning coffee) and patio with adirondack chairs for an INVITING and functional living space. The kids will love taking over the upstairs ENTERTAINMENT LOFT with its own HD TV, DVDplayer , and a great place to set up their Playstation or XBox. And... this allows the adults to relax or entertain themselves with a little EXTRA SPACE downstairs. We have a large collection of DVD's and family friendly games and toys.
Beautiful new granite kitchen counters 2024 and everything you'll need to feel right at home in the kitchen (blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, iron, new large capacity washer/dryer, very large pantry), and there's a patio GAS GRILL for burger night.
Parking is ideal with 3 dedicated spots in front of the home as well as shared parking right next to the home. The garage space is perfect for all your beach and outdoor gear, along with a hose, and plenty of towel hooks for use after a day at the beach or pool. Great for storing bikes after you explore the popular Lewes-Rehoboth Breakwater trail (just across Route 1) or Gordons Pond bike trail.

Smart TV in the family room, and Rokus in both MBRs and Queen BR so you can check into your own connected entertainment (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.)
Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community POOL (2min walk), or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's WATERPARK right next door. For tennis players, there's a community tennis court.
Please note - during the summer season, rentals are weekly SAT to SAT as standard practice for all homes in the Rehoboth area. Off-season must be at least weekly, but with flexibility to start/end day.
The house is professionally cleaned before your check-in. We also stock the pantry with extra cleaners, hand sanitizers, and soaps for guest use at the beginning of the season. Spare propane tanks for the grill are available in the garage. Walmart and Giant are <2miles away for anything you may have forgotten.

My husband and I love our beach home! Perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Both natives to Delaware, Rob and I grew up visiting FunLand, the boardwalk, fishing, biking, boating, and of course enjoying the surf and sands of Rehoboth, and the neighboring beaches...Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and OC Maryland. We've had many great times with our two boys, grandparents, and friends at 20221 Catherine Court. We take pride in our home with constant updates and are thrilled to invite you to make your own magical family memories!

Our home is perfect for accommodating our family in addition to friends or extended family. The house design is perfectly set up to allow everyone plenty of personal space with 4 Bedrooms (2 masters suite each with private bath) and plenty of bathrooms (3.5) while also feeling together in the family room, dining room, loft, or enjoying the summer breezes on the porch.

What makes this property unique
There is something to do for every age in Rehoboth besides the beautiful and large number of public beaches. The younger kids love the boardwalk, Funland rides, and Jungle Jim's waterpark right next door. The adults love the restaurants, boutique and outlet shops, and being so convenient to many other activities (bike paths, fishing, sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the bay). Besides Rehoboth beach which is 1.2 miles from our home - you are also a 20 min drive from Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, 5 mins to Dewey beach, and 15 mins to Bethany beach. There is always a new place to explore.
