My husband and I love our beach home! Perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Both natives to Delaware, Rob and I grew up visiting FunLand, the boardwalk, fishing, biking, boating, and of course enjoying the surf and sands of Rehoboth, and the neighboring beaches...Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and OC Maryland. We've had many great times with our two boys, grandparents, and friends at 20221 Catherine Court. The house design is perfectly set up to allow everyone plenty of personal space with 4 Bedrooms (2 masters suite each with private bath) and plenty of bathrooms (3.5) while also feeling together in the family room, dining room, loft, or enjoying the summer breezes on the porch. Located adjacent to the Park N Ride, there are GREAT shuttle options to avoid the number 1 vacation headache...traffic and parking. We use a local property manager for your check-in and check-out convenience, plus you'll also have professional, local support if there are any issues during your stay. Our property manager (Century 21 Mann & Sons) are conveniently located at 19606 Coastal Hwy, Rehoboth Beach.

What makes this Townhouse unique

There is something to do for every age in Rehoboth besides the beautiful and large number of public beaches. The younger kids love the boardwalk, Funland rides, and Jungle Jim's waterpark right next door. The adults love the restaurants, boutique and outlet shops, and being so convenient to many other activities (bike paths, fishing, sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the bay). Besides Rehoboth beach which is 1.2 miles from our home - you are also a 20 min drive from Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, 5 mins to Dewey beach, and 15 mins to Bethany beach. There is always a new place to explore.
