Experience the relaxed Beach Life at our Rehoboth Beach Home Away From Home! Bright, open, nicely furnished 5-BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH twin home in Villas at Eagles Landing. Mature, meticulously maintained development less than 2 miles from the Boardwalk.

Nearly 2000 sq. ft., comfortably sleeps up to 10 in beds (plus 2 more on the sectional)! Screened-in porch and patio with gas grill. 1st Floor Master Bedroom (accessible).

LESS THAN TWO MILES FROM THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK. If you need a break from the beach, you can choose from TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS and 3 POOLS located within the community. There is also a community room that is available for rental. Close to the Gordon’s Pond and Junction and Breakwater trails for BIKING, RUNNING, AND HIKING! Also close to the outlets.

FIRST FLOOR: Open living room with ample, comfy seating and 47” TV with a Firestick (incl. Netflix and Prime Video) and high-speed Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (including coffee and coffee maker) with breakfast bar and dining room (total seating for 10). Sliding glass doors that open up to a furnished screened porch and an uncovered outdoor space with table/chairs and a gas grill. The 1st Floor master (BR 1) has a comfy queen bed, TV (no cable), and en-suite with a large shower.

SECOND FLOOR: NEW CARPET RECENTLY INSTALLED IN ALL BEDROOMS! Four bedrooms: BR 2 has a king bed, sitting area, huge walk-in closet and TV (smart TV/no cable); BR 3 has a queen bed and TV (no cable); BR 4 has two twin beds and a desk/chair/printer; and the closed-in loft (BR 5) has twin beds, with a TV to hook up your Xbox/Nintendo, and Blu-ray DVD player. Plus, there are closets galore! The second full bath with tub/shower is in the hallway.

OTHER EXTRAS: ALL LINENS (SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, BATH TOWELS, HAND TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS AND KITCHEN TOWELS) ARE INCLUDED. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee and kitchen spices. The garage is great for storing your bikes, and has several beach chairs, tennis rackets, and beach toys. A full-size washer and dryer are in the kitchen hallway, and you will find games, books, and puzzles in the foyer.

ACCESSIBILITY: This home has a ramp to access the 1st level through the garage, and a 1st floor master bedroom/en-suite.

Rehoboth stay

Property manager had surgery and wasn’t available, no one mentioned this prior to arriving, had trouble contacting anyone to allow us to get into house. We had a very hot week and the air conditioner had trouble keeping the house cool, discovered it was the filter needed to be replaced but there wasn’t any new ones in the house. Pool pass didn’t work, had to deal with maintenance to fix the problem. Had to contact owner to help with these problems.

Deb, I'm sorry that you had to deal with an extremely hot week. The air filter was for the house fan, not the actual air conditioning unit, so likely did not impact the air conditioning quality dramatically. Everyone's air conditioning units were struggling with the 95 plus degree temperatures. I appreciate your patience with the check in delay due to the property manager's surgery. And unfortunately, the recreation association's system for the pool pass caused it to not work, and after they updated their system, the pool pass did work. I hope you managed to find some enjoyment during your stay in Rehoboth.

Great beach house

This house was perfect for our group of 9 people for the beach. The check in process was smooth and the house was located just a short 5-10 minute drive to the beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

This property was everything we wanted. Frank, the owner, was extremely responsive and polite. He cared about our stay and made sure it was wonderful. The property managers were also very prompt and helped with any issues that we had immediately. Meeting us upon check in and taking care of anything we needed. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The pools were just a short walk away from the home and very clean and not very crowded. We brought our bicycles with us and highly recommend anyone else do the same. We were able to ride to the beach or to restaurants and bars a short ride away. We recommend donuts at the Fracture Prune and the coffee house, The Point. The crab cakes at Woodys in Dewey Beach were really great also. It was our first stay in Rehoboth and we would come back again with our family anytime. Thanks Frank and Becca for lending us your wonderful home!

I have been vacationing in Rehoboth since I was six years old and am thrilled to own a home in this wonderful area, especially in Eagles Landing, a well-maintained development with lots of green space, beautiful landscaping, 3 pools, and so close to the beaches! Watch sunrise on the beach and sunset on the bay. Heaven!
