Beautifully decorated Rehoboth Beach Townhome- 3 pools & Tennis

This beautifully decorated and well maintained townhouse is ready for your vacation! Located in Rehoboth Beach behind the popular Big Fish Grill you will find a quiet tree lined street of 2 story townhomes. This townhouse boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps 8: Two queen bedrooms, and a third bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunkbeds.
The house is fully equipped including a gas grill, fully accessorized kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer, ceiling fans in every room of the house. All the amenities you could want - large refrigerator with ice maker, Wi-Fi, central a/c, microwave, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, board games, etc. There are two assigned parking spots and visitor passes as well. We also have a tag for free parking in town!
Spacious, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated townhouse in quiet & convenient Eagles Landing -- Steps away from two of three community pools and tennis courts, and bike-able to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. Just West of Route 1 (behind Big Fish Grill). A very short drive takes you to the outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, water park, as well as Rehoboth’s charming downtown and all the wonderful vacation amenities of Rehoboth Beach.

This property is a quick bike ride or drive to the beach, outlet malls for tax-free shopping, or the shops and boardwalk of charming downtown Rehoboth. A REHOBOTH BEACH PARKING PERMIT FOR ONE CAR WILL BE PROVIDED TO OUR GUESTS AS PART OF THE SUMMER WEEKLY RENTAL !!! Take in the sun or a dip at the community pool or get your racket for a game of tennis! You'll have an amazing vacation!

SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day, unless noted otherwise on rate schedule. 3 night minimum stay over 3 day holiday weekend. 2 night minimum stay required all other times. A $300 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance and any other fee(s) are due 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival. Linens are not provided with the rental, there are linen rental companies available if you don’t want to bring linens.

What a dream!

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo. The location is quiet but central to everything the area has to offer. It seems like everything is only 1 mile away! The kids enjoyed the pool everyday, which is located directly across the street. The owners were very responsive to all questions and the check in was a breeze. We are already looking forward to next summer and would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Beach Trip 2023

This property is an end unit and we lived the open concept main living area. The lication is just 5 minutes from the ocean and located close to shopping, restaurants, beverage stores and downtown Rehoboth. The co.munity has 3 pools for access and we had a wonderful vacation.

What a vacation!

We stayed at this Rehoboth Beach property the week of July 5-12 and had a fabulous family vacation. The home was beautiful and very well kept - the owners have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend this property and plan on returning. We had an enjoyable stay, plenty to do in the surrounding area and the pools located at the property were very well kept and clean. Traffic seemed to be our only problem and that had nothing to do with the location of this property - just very busy summer travelers to and from the beach! Thanks Sara, we had a great time!

Great house for a family beach vacation!

This townhouse has been expertly maintained. It's in beautiful condition with all the amenities you need to enjoy your family vacation. It's nicely decorated with plenty of space for a family. The bunk room with four beds was a great advantage and made this a extra great value for our family. We also enjoyed having the sun room off the family room. We felt like we paid for a three-bedroom townhome but got something that lived a lot larger. My husband had to work from the house during the week and the sunroom made a great office. Sara, the owner, went above and beyond as well. The internet went out. Within minutes of me emailing her, she called to start on solving the problem. She stayed on the phone with Comcast (we all know how frustrating that can be) until the issue was resolved. We really appreciated her quick and thorough response to the problem. The community has three pools, two very close by, just a minute's walk. Parking was ample and the downtown parking pass made getting to the beach a breeze. It is a pretty long walk or bike ride to the beach and you do have to cross the highway, so not an easy ride with kids. But easily doable for adults. We just drove and parked a few blocks south of the main drag where the beach a was a little less crowded and it was super easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again, as it seemed like a great value for the money and the owners were very conscientious and caring.

Family friendly

We had a great week at this property! There are four beach chairs, a cart to carry your beach items. Also there are toys which my kids loved playing with. We also traveled with an infant so the high chair and pack and play were useful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful home, great pool(s)

We really enjoyed this house. We go to the beach each year and this year we booked a bit late. So we ended up booking a place that was farther from the beach than we usually book. It was a 5-10 minute drive and probably 30-40 minute walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. But we ended up going for a morning walk to a coffee place called Rise Up each morning and would sometimes go to the boardwalk afterwards. Despite being farther away from the beach, the location was really great. It was right off 1 with tons of stores on the main strip. The house was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. It had central air and fans in each room, 2 bunk beds for the kids and two rooms for adults. No complaints at all with any of it. The star of the week ended up becoming the pool. There are actually multiple pools in the complex but the smaller one is right across the street. And I mean RIGHT across. Forgot sunblock? Just cross the street to get it! And it isn’t a busy street. It’s super quiet and private. The quietness was amazing. So close to a busy highway, so close to the amenities but it was QUIET. We barely ended up going to the beach and that was ok! The pool was quiet, easy access and relaxing. Different from what we expected but really delightful. Sara was really quick to respond with answers to my questions. All in all, a great experience.

This was the perfect property for my family of 5 and my brothers family of 3. The host was attentive and available. The property is exactly as advertised and well kept. Location is awesome because you do not have to sit in much traffic getting to and from the beach. We will be back!

Fantastic Property

The house was perfect. We are a family of 3 (including a 2 year old), and it was just what we needed. The house was very clean with brand new carpeting and floors, and it had a very beachy feel. The sunroom was perfect to enjoy coffee before the rest of the house woke up! An added bonus of the house were the toys, toddler supplies, and beach equipment there for us to use. It’s a very convenient location right across the parking lot from one of the community pools and less than 10 minutes to the beach/boardwalk/restaurants. We will definitely be looking into renting this space again on the future!

Great property!

This home is in a great location for exploring Rehoboth. Only an 8 minute drive to the beach, and a parking permit is provided which helps a ton. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Pool was great too. Home is more spacious than pictures show. Has all supplies needed- beach stuff, kids beach toys, plenty of good beach chairs. The kids toys at the house were perfect for my 6 year old who in to babies! Also in walking distance to some good restaurants. Only issue at first was WiFi name did not match instructions. But we figured it out quickly. All in all a great trip away. Thanks!

We have been looking for the right beach property for a couple of years and could not be happier with our purchase in Eagles Landing / Versailles. I grew up at the beach and have longed for my children to have the same experiences I did as a child. Living in DC, Rehoboth Beach is a short drive and I'm thrilled my children can experience this beautiful and charming beach town!
