Close to the outlets; across the street from the YMCA; around the corner from the Big Fish Grill; and a short walk to Jungle Jim’s Amusements and Water Park, Pasquilini’s Bakery, and Fractured Prune’s famous hot doughnuts! Short walk to downtown; easy bike ride to the beach!
Central air conditioning, WiFi, HDTV in Living Room and all three bedrooms; BluRay players and HDMI hookups (so you can bring your personal streaming devices and favorite services,) phone, washer & dryer, fireplace, screened porch, outdoor shower, community tennis court and pool (in season) and two off street parking spaces plus guest spaces. Well equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, dishwasher, microwave & small appliances.
Sleeps six (one queen, one double and two twin beds.)
Sorry; no smoking and no pets.

Why they chose this property
I had rented this property for 11 years before the previous owners decided to sell. When they did, I immediately knew I wanted to purchase it to continue renting it to others, so they could enjoy it as much as I did.
What makes this property unique
You can walk to Fractured Prune (hot doughnuts), the local YMCA (for working out), or to Jungle Jim's Amusements and Water Park. The house is very close to outlets; the boardwalk/ beach are a short bike ride away. This is a great 'home base' for a visit either on- or off-season; it's a wonderful place to relax.
