We simply ask guests to treat these shared items with care and return them to their place before checkout. An adorable new "retro" refrigerator for beverages is also available in the garage.
Convenient Transportation: From Memorial Day to Labor Day, take advantage of the Dart bus service that picks up just across from our neighborhood entrance. With shuttles running every 15-20 minutes to the beach, movies, outlets, and more, your group can easily explore the area without worrying about parking. For those who prefer driving or walking, our quaint town is just 1 mile away.

Family-Friendly Features: As long as they are taken care of by our guests, we provide courtesy bikes for exploring the area, beach chairs for your comfort, noodles for the pool, and a variety of toys and games for children.
Dining: Enjoy family meals at our dining table, which features two extensions to accommodate larger groups. In total, there are three tables, including both a patio and an outdoor dining table, offering 16 chairs between inside and outside, a red bench in garage as well as 2 bar stools for added seating.

Rental Policies: Please note that we can't accommodate parties under the age of 25, and pets are not allowed per homeowners association guidelines. Our rental periods are Friday to Friday during the summer, with 3-day weekend rentals available for Memorial Day and Labor Day. To ensure that our homes remain in excellent condition for all our guests, we kindly request that groups do not exceed 8-10 people. Please note that we do not accommodate parties or groups whose primary intention is to celebrate. Our rental is intended for responsible guests who will treat the property with care and consideration.
Additionally, please be aware that our neighborhood observes quiet hours, and we encourage all guests to respect both the home and the community, including the pool area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Linens and Paper Products: We kindly ask that you bring your own linens and paper products due to the nature of seasonal rentals, frequent turnovers and this helping to keep rental costs low. Linens and towels are not provided by default. You're welcome to bring your own, or we can arrange a linen package for you.

Important: All beds are covered with black waterproof mattress and pillow protectors. Please use your own sheets and do not sleep directly on the protectors.
Safety Reminder for Grill Use: To ensure the safety of our home, it is crucial to position the grill at least 6 feet away from the house and any other structures. This precaution helps prevent damage to the exterior. Any heat-related damage will be deducted from the tenant’s deposit.
