This is a new house freshly built in 2022. It has 4 bedrooms plus a study room including 1 primary suite on the first floor and a 2nd primary suite on the second floor. Big Screen TV on both 1st and 2nd floor living areas. There is a study room if you need a private room to catch up some work, but it also has an extendable day-bed which sleeps 2 adults. There is a community clubhouse with a pool. The community is new, and it is closed to restaurants, shops, groceries, and both Lewis and Rehoboth Beach!

Great location for family!

We’ve stayed at numerous Vrbo locations in the past but our stay here was one of the best! Communication is so important to us and Harry met beyond our expectations. Even if you’d plan the most perfect vacation, things do go wrong unexpectedly. But Harry helped us and made sure we were satisfied during our stay. The house is brand new, everything was so clean~ maybe 50 steps to the clubhouse/pool. Supermarket is within 5 minutes. The outlets so close by, the main road is accessible ~ overall everything was great. We definitely want to return next year! Thank you Harry!
